Stretching across seventy-one meter squares, Villa Catalina Petit is well-suited to small groups of friends and relatives looking for accommodation in Pollensa. Decorated n traditional Spanish style but with modern accents, this quaint villa remains within driving distance to some of the most popular attractions in the area. A wide range of amenities and services are available to ensure that your holiday goes off as smoothly as possible. This beautifully-appointed villa can accommodate up to four guests.
Villa Catalina Petit features two comfortable bedrooms so you can drift off to a restful slumber at the end of a full day of sight-seeing. The bedrooms are air-conditioned and come with built-in wardrobes with plenty of space to stow your valuables. These two bedrooms share a bathroom between them, complete with bathtub, toilet, sink, and basic amenities. One of the bedrooms has a double bed while the second room has two beds, ideal for kids traveling with their parents.
From the garden of Villa Catalina Petit, guests can relax while soaking up sweeping views of the Mallorcan countryside. An oversized swimming pool graces the garden, complete with lounge chairs on the pool deck. There’s even a small gazebo enhanced by leafy vines and an outdoor dining table. This particular space also comes with barbecue facilities so guests can fire up the grill for an outdoor dinner every night. Garden umbrellas are available for guests who would like to wind down in the shade.
The interior of Villa Catalina Petit comes with all the comforts of home, including laundry facilities. There’s also a spacious kitchen outfitted with just about everything you will need to prepare a meal, such as utensils and crockery sets, microwave, fridge with freezer, electric oven, gas hobs and the likes. Best of all, the kitchen also has an American bar, ideal for sharing a family-style breakfast with your loved ones. Alternatively, there’s also a small dining table around which the whole family can gather over a homecooked meal.
A quaint living room only adds to this picture of cozy homeliness. In this room, guests will find a flat-screen television, complete with satellite connection.
If you’re traveling withs mall children, you will be glad to learn that a cot as well as a high chair are provided. Upon request and for an extra fee, guests can also request a second high-chair and cot. Guests can also access free WiFi from every corner of the establishment.
Villa Catalina Petit is found close to the silky shores of Puerto Pollensa Beach. A short driving distance away is found Cala Barques, another picturesque beach also known for its clear, crystalline lagoon. With delightful photo opportunities, this beach is also reputed for its wide range of nautical activities, including boating, snorkeling, cliff diving, and the likes.
