Villa Els Baladres, a beautiful villa located ideally between Pollensa Old Town and the beaches of Pollensa, is a perfect combination of both modern and traditional touches. The villa is fully furnished with modern features throughout. There are plenty of seating options in the villa to dine alfresco or indoors in the spacious open plan dining area. The large patio overlooking the panoramic countryside of Boquer valley makes dining outdoors in the lovely barbeque area a pleasure. The villa boasts an expansive pool with a sunbathing area to soak in the Mallorcan sun. Villa Els Baladres is built from traditional materials and is a true Mallorcan styled villa creating a restful vibe throughout and offering style, modern features and complete privacy.

This 3 bedroom stunning estate accommodates up to 6 guests and meets everybody’s needs in complete style. The sleeping arrangements of single or double bed configuration makes it easy to accommodate guests, whether singles or couples and is complemented with luxury linens. The villa is complete with 1 bedroom equipped with a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The bedrooms all have ample space and air-conditioning soothing guests with harmonious interiors and ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The 3 modern bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasins and one bathroom is complete with a bathtub, ideal for the kids or for that much needed relaxing soak. Each bathroom is completed with a heated towel rail for that extra special touch. The villa comes equipped with fluffy towels and a and hairdryer.
The beautiful drive up to the villa gives guests the best first impression. The private driveway lined with olive trees is the perfect welcome upon arrival. With access directly out of the kitchen to the beautiful outdoor terrace, guests can enjoy dining outside under the stars on the large wooden table, great for a lovely alfresco meal and seats 6 guests comfortably. The outdoor lounge setting overlooking the Villa Els Baladres large cool pool, is the perfect spot to sit back with a book or to relax in the shade, whilst the family enjoys a cool off in the pool. The pool is complete with plenty of sun beds to soak in the full Pollensan sun.
Villa Els Baladres hosts a fully equipped kitchen for the use of its guests. The state of the art kitchen consists of refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer; everything guests could require to prepare a delicious meal.
The light and bright atmosphere of the villa creates a welcoming vibe for guests to relax and enjoy whilst vacationing in Pollensa. The traditional interiors and décor will make guests feel at home.mLocated on the ground floor and adjoining the kitchen is the lounge room with plush seating for a relaxing night in. Upon check in and check out the villa, the estate is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests and is fully cleaned with a change of linens half way through the stay. For those guests arriving with their own transport, the villa comes equipped with open air car parking for convenience.
The airport Palma de Mallorca is located just a 58km scenic drive from Villa Els Baladres. The convenience of the villas location is ideal being minutes away from both the Rock and Sand beaches. Here guests can enjoy a great day out with many different choices of outdoor activities; including Stand Up paddle and other water sports. Guests can also enjoy seaside dining at one of the quaint cafes in the area.
The town centre and its shops is only 4.7km drive from the comfort of your private villa, for those who choose to explore the traditional town.
