With four bedrooms, Villa Xica Petit is perfect for families. The first ensuite bedroom is a twin and situated on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are found upstairs with a shared balcony and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is also upstairs with a master bath featuring a Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. Enjoy the garden views and fresh air from each corner.
Under the vast, blue sky resides the dazzling swimming pool at the villa. It is surrounded by lush green gardens that are well-maintained. The stone pool deck features sun chairs for lounging and sunbathing. You can lay back, read a book, or enjoy a refreshing drink. The shaded terrace and pergola are where you can relax, dine or play pool.
From the terrace, you can head indoors to the living room or lounge. It’s done up in pastel shades accentuated by wooden beams and white walls. The mix of old and new is a charming addition to the comfortable space. You can kick back on the pretty couch and watch TV on the flat-screen. There are steps that lead upstairs to the bedrooms.
The living room is shaped like an L with a dining area on the other side. The dining table is traditional and elegant featuring exquisite polished wood with antique chairs. The room extends to the spacious modern kitchen with terrazzo counters, built-in appliances and a coffee machine to sort your mornings. A set of doors leads you directly to the outdoor dining table.
The villa staff is happy to assist you to make your stay memorable. The villa is cleaned and disinfected for guests so you can stay without a worry. For guests, who are coming by car, there is open-air parking.
