Located near the Port of Pollensa, Villa Fontxica spreads across 125 m2 and can very comfortably accommodate up to six persons. Designed to reflect Spanish-style living at its best, this villa comes with all the comforts of home to ensure that your holiday goes off without a hitch. There’s even a swimming pool so you can take a dip in the refreshing water whenever you feel like it. The establishment is located just off a charming country lane.
Villa Fontxica is fitted with three spacious and beautifully-furnished bedrooms as well as three bathrooms. In the master suite, guests will find a double bed as well as a fitted closet with plenty of space for you to keep your belongings in. This bedroom additionally has its own en-suite bathroom, complete with the basic amenities so guests can wind down in all privacy before retreating to bed.
The two other rooms have two twin beds each. It should be noted that these can easily be joined together to create a double bed, should you need to. All the bedrooms do come with conditioned air so you can comfortably drift off to sleep at night.
Outside, a soothing environment awaits, punctuated by a massive swimming pool that stretches in front of the front porch. The pool area is fringed by sun loungers, perfect for stretching out under the sun and relaxing. Parents can wind down on the front porch with an afternoon drink while supervising the children as they splash about in the turquoise waters. If you want to soak up as much of the Mediterranean sun as possible, you can always enjoy your meals around the outdoor dining table.
If the sun ever gets too much, rest assured that the garden does come with plenty of greenery to provide some respite from the heat. Best of all, there’s even a built-in barbecue area where you can fire up dinner in no time at all.
The charming and generously-sized interior consists of a living room where you will find a flat-screen television. Thanks to the satellite connection and DVD player, guests will be able to easily keep up with their favorite movies and shows. Lounge in the comfortable seating area where you can put your feet up and catch up with your loved ones. Prepare a meal in the kitchen which is well-fitted with various electric appliances, fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, and more. Villa Fontxica also has a quaint dining room with a six-seater pine dining table and chairs.
Free WiFi is provided at Villa Fontxica. Heating, final cleaning services, and a baby high chair, and a crib are included in your villa package. Bed linens and towels are provided and changed on a regular basis. It is possible to book a second highchair and an extra cot at an additional charge and upon request.
Villa Fontxica lies just five meters from an assortment of shops where you can browse for souvenirs or stock up on fresh produce. A short drive away is found a scenic golf course where you can work on your swing while soaking up the sun.
