From the whitewashed walls to the light-colored tiled flooring inside that conjures a convivial, bright atmosphere, the exterior is made up of a large, sheltered terrace and a visually-appealing garden planted with trees and shrubs, with a dash of turquoise filled by none other than the spectacular rectangular pool in the center.
The 3 bedrooms at Villa Geranios can sleep 6 guests, made up of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. All rooms are classic in style, fitted with timed air-conditioning that runs from 17:30 to 19:30 and 22:00 to 09:00 as part of local energy saving efforts. Guests also have2 bathrooms inside, which comprises 1 shared full bathroom and 1 new ensuite shower room, and another entirely separate exterior shower room.
The external grounds are wonderful, featuring a relatively large and shaded terrace area that is fully-furnished with outdoor furniture too, as well as a swimming pool that is surrounded by a lawn, filled with trees and shrubs. There is also a very private and pretty garden from which guests can read a book, sip wines and chat, as well as a built-in barbeque with the full equipment to cook meals and enjoy alfresco dining.
Inside the house, it is easy to view all spaces and nooks and corners in one sweep of the eye, thanks to its single-storey built-up. Furnished and decorated in traditional Mallorcan style, it features whitewashed walls and light-colored tiled flooring that helps it look airy and bright. Guests can look forward to cookout sessions at the full-fledged kitchen fitted with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer, complete with a breakfast bar and breakfast table. The comfortable lounge and dining area has the full entertainment amenities to cosy up with a satellite television, and which looks out to the pretty garden terrace.
Guests will get to enjoy complimentary WiFi connectivity while air-conditioning at the rooms are all timed accordingly to help conserve energy.
