With covered terraces, cozy interiors, and ample outdoor spaces for you to enjoy, Villa Geroni boasts a quintessential Mallorcan architecture to accommodate up to six guests. Boasting all the comforts of home, but with added luxury, this villa lies close enough to some of the best attractions in the region, enabling you to make the most of your holiday in Mallorca. This split-level house lies in the midst of a generously sized garden that’s abundant with lush greenery and gently-swaying trees.
Guests of Villa Geroni can select between three spacious and beautifully-appointed bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned to ensure that guests can comfortably drift off to sleep even when the weather is warm. It should be noted that, following efficiency and energy saving initiatives, the air-conditioning units are programmed to run between 2.00pm to 4.00pm and 8.00pm to 4.00am.
All three bedrooms come with double beds, comfortable linens, and ample space to wind down and relax at the end of the day. The bedrooms also come with built-in closets, perfect for storage. The three bedrooms share two bathrooms between them.
The villa’s covered terrace comes with comfortable furnishing so you can stretch out and relax at the end of a full day of sight-seeing. If you want, you can always stock up on fresh fish, chicken, or meat from the nearby market and prepare a delicious feast on the provided barbecue facilities. Enjoy lunch or dinner, Al Fresco-style, surrounded by your loved ones while gazing out at the beautifully-manicured garden. Whether you want to swim laps and keep up with your fitness routine or simply float on your back while soaking up the sun, you will undoubtedly enjoy a refreshing splash in the oversized private swimming pool that graces the garden.
The open-plan dining room offers ample space where the whole family can gather over a delicious, home-cooked meal. This space gives way directly into a living room where you will find armchairs, sofas, and a television with satellite connection as well as DVD. There’s even an ornate fireplace, ideal for enjoying cozy evenings during winter.
When you want to work on your culinary skills, you will be glad to learn that the villa does come with an independent kitchen that lies separate from the other rooms of the house. In this space, you will find a microwave, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and wooden furniture. Crockery and cutlery sets are also included.
Pool towels, bath towels, and linens are provided and regularly changed to ensure your complete comfort. Internet access is also available throughout the villa to ensure that you can update your social media, check emails, and stay in touch with your family back home.
Less than five kilometers away is found Puerto Pollenca beach, a stunning area known for its fine sand and calm waters. Offering ample sunbathing areas, this beach is also ideal for nautical activities such as glass bottom boats, diving, snorkeling, and more. A little over three kilometers from the villa is found Pollenca town center where you can browse through souvenir stalls, explore the many shops, sit down to a local feast at a restaurant or soak up the vibrant Mallorcan lifestyle from the pubs.
