With 4 spacious air-conditioned and heated bedrooms, 3 well equipped bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 8 guests, this lovely property is situated in a perfect location for family holidays and adventures.
The villa overlooks the large sparkling pool for a refreshing swim after a day in the hot Spanish sun. The outdoor area is complemented by plenty of sun chairs and an outdoor dining setting for alfresco dinners under the Mallorcan stars. The villa has surrounding views over both the countryside and the mountains of Serra de Tramuntana, which makes spending time outdoors a joy.
Villa Hostalet is equipped with four simply welcoming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning for the warm summer weather, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 6 single beds and a double bed, guests can choose how they rest for a good night’s sleep. The pretty bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and blankets.
Villa Hostalet boasts three bright, modern bathrooms. The first is located downstairs close to the living areas and consists of a toilet and shower. The second and third are situated upstairs and are for the four bedrooms to share. The bathrooms are fully equipped with showers and bathtubs.
With the villas access to the terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a simple pleasure. The patio boasts a barbeque and small outdoor kitchen as well, with plenty of seating for dining alfresco and features views out across the beautiful swimming pool including the picturesque gardens to the mountains beyond.
The large outdoor dining table seating comfortably more than 8 people; makes hosting dinner parties or having a simple alfresco meal a delight. The outdoor terrace also comes complete with a lounge area for a nice relax after a day outdoors.
For guests wanting to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, the villas 10.5 x 5m pool is the perfect place for lounge by the pool, complete with plenty of sunbeds and pool towels for suntanning.
The lounge area of Villa Hostalet is spacious and comfortable. With ample seating and high loft style ceilings featuring exposed beams, guests are sure to feel at home. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience. There is also a generous dining table and chairs for more formal meals in the living area. The rooms all feature traditional terracotta flooring.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, well-appointed with pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, juicer and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of Pollensa. Next to the kitchen is a small laundry equipped with a washing machine and a bathroom with toilet and shower…great for use whilst outdoors.
With air conditioning throughout and final cleaning, Villa Hostalet welcomes its guests for any arrival time; with arrival out of schedule option available.
The villa also comes equipped for the little ones, with a large stretch of grass for the kids to run around, baby cot and high chair. Extras are available for a small extra fee.
Upon check in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests.

Close to the comfort of your lovely countryside home, a 9 km drive, are the stunning sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Guests can enjoy watersports, lovely white sandy beaches, waterfront dining and lots of shopping. There is also the golf course walking distance from the villa for a great day out with the whole family. The ancient town of Pollensa is 3.7kms from your lovely holiday home, with supermarkets, restaurants, markets and cobbled lanes with delightful shops full of wonderful artisanal products, both food and handicrafts.
