The master double bedroom has an ensuite bath / shower room while one of the twin bedrooms also has an adjacent full bath / shower room. The staircase from the hall leads up to the other double bedroom and twin bedroom which jointly share a family full bath / shower room.

A well-manicured green lawn surrounds the perimeter of the villa, together with well-furnished sun terraces. On the rear end of the home is where guests will find a swimming pool measuring 4m X 8m. The outstanding unique feature is the separate conservatory to one side of the house which comes with a brick-built BBQ, cooker and washing facilities for a full-fledged alfresco cookout. The adjacent covered side terrace is the perfect spot for wining and dining a la alfresco style while overlooking the pool and gardens shrouded with mountain views.

The interior is made up of elegant furnishings of the highest standard using local pine wood as raw materials. Step into the large entrance hall / dining room that comes designed with an inner archway that opens up to the lounge equipped with satellite television. Here, French doors open out to the poolside terrace and gardens. Guests also have a well-equipped kitchen at their disposal, consisting of amenities like a microwave, dishwasher, electric oven / gas hob, fridge / freezer and eye-level-fitted cabinets.

All bedrooms are fitted with automated air-conditioning with a timer that runs from 1730 to 1930 and from 2200 to 0900, as part of the local energy saving efforts. Also available is a washing machine for guests’ laundry needs which can be found in the utility room.
