Two of three bedrooms are on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is upstairs; it can be accessed via a staircase. The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom and upstairs there is an ensuite. The bedrooms are well-furnished with antique furniture and they are bright and airy. You get stunning views of the countryside from the master suite as well. It is ideal for families with kids.
The garden is planted with local shrubs, plants and trees that thrive under the Mediterranean sun. The striking blue pool is refreshing a respite from the hot sun. You can walk in the garden early in the morning to feel the dewdrops on your feet. There are lounge chairs so you can soak up some sun. Kids will especially love the lush garden so they can play with each other. The views that extend are truly remarkable. The terrace is fully-furnished for recreation; it has a ping-pong table, BBQ, dining area and a sitting.
The bright and warm living room features high-quality wooden furniture, comfortable sofas where you can kick back after a long day outdoors and a TV. The interiors are a mix of old and new adding a charming vibe.
The living room is open-plan, so you have the dining area right beside the lounge. You can enjoy a lovely family meal indoors especially when it gets too hot outside. An archway leads to the fully-equipped kitchen where you’ll find all the modern necessities.
As soon as you arrive at Villa Katerina, you will feel comfortable and at home. It is clean, disinfected and well-equipped to serve all your needs. You can make a request if you require anything. Cleaning is part of your stay and so are some amenities for kids.
Found near Pollensa town centre, Villa Katerina is located somewhere in the middle of beaches and the town area giving you equal access to both. You can enjoy a day out on the sandy shores at Pollensa Beach, where you can grab a bite at a seaside restaurant like Tango Ca Vostra against the Mediterranean Sea. Pollensa Town is lovely to explore with its medieval architecture and old-world Spanish charm.
