Villa La Coma villa boasts 4 charming individually air conditioned and heated bedrooms on the second floor of the property, with windows offering spectacular views out across the country. Filled with rustic touches and elegantly decorated soothing tones to ensure a restful night's sleep. The lovely rooms are beautifully constructed with stone walls and beams in one lovely wooden or terracotta flooring and a natural homely feel in all. Two of the rooms have double beds and two are twin making the options for family or friends sharing the property easy. The villa is also complete with crisp linens to ensure all guests a pleasant stay. Villa La Coma is complete with 4 stunning modern bathrooms, 2 of which have bathtubs and the other two with walk in showers. Tastefully designed with marble clad vanities, the bathrooms are well equipped with fluffy towels, piping hot water and amenities including a hairdryer.

La Coma boasts a large furnished terrace for guests to enjoy the stunning views shaded from the hot Mallorcan sun. The terrace which is directly adjacent to the living area can be used as another lounge area outdoors. There is also plenty of comfortable seating under the shade of the or sunbeds to soak up the Spanish sun. Guests will also enjoy a cool down in the villa’s crystal clear 8 x 5 meter pool which will be appreciated on hot summer days to cool off or some morning exercise perhaps.
The 200 year old farmhouse; hewn from local stone and lovingly refurbished, ensures guests absolute relaxation on the comfortable sofas, satellite TV, Wifi and a wood burning fireplace for cooler nights in.
Villa La Coma’s interiors are pure rustic chic with stone walls, terra cotta floors and lovely wooden beamed ceilings, sure to impress guests with its Mallorcan charm.
A lovely modern fully equipped kitchen ensures guests have all they could possibly need to create a gourmet feast for in house dining. The kitchen is complete with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle and is complete with dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine for guests convenience. Guests can enjoy dining at the impressive wooden table adjacent to the lovely stone fireplace.
The property provides undercover onsite parking for guests who choose to drive themselves. For guests convenience the villa is cleaned at the end of the stay. Bed linen is changed every 7 days and towels every 4 days.
The property is also fully disinfected before and after all guests check in and out. Villa La Coma can also provide a baby cot if requested at minimal charge.
Perfectly located 1km from the ancient town of Pollensa and just 7kms from Tomir mountain, Cala Barques and the beautiful beaches of Pollensa Port and Alcudia Villa La Coma ensures guests many opportunities for sightseeing or fun in the sun. The lovely villa is also very close to the most wonderful hiking trails in the area. Guests can enjoy a delightful hike through wonderful forests with stunning views to the Puig de Santuiri with panoramic views from the summit.
The stunning town of Pollensa is a must to explore with its ancient architecture, winding little streets and historic points of interest. It's also a very quick trip into town for wonderful dining or shopping. Another great day out and popular for guests is the Golf course of Pollensa a well respected scenic 9 hole course.
