Located within close proximity to authentic tapas restaurants and quaint shops in Pollensa Old Town is perhaps one of the advantages and strengths of Villa Llobiner. Built as a 3-bedroom property for 6 guests, guests will be awed and impressed with the magnificent private pool and a spacious lawn garden, commanding excellent views of the surrounding mountainside. Guests will have ample space to soak in the glorious scenery, sunbathe, swim and even have a picnic or two within the ensconced property. The private driveway greets guests upon their arrival, and is built adjacent to the alfresco dining spot. The interiors are simply mesmerising and stylish, with a seamless fuse of contemporary and traditional coming together in the most tasteful of design and architecture.
With 3 bedrooms for 6 guests, they are all located upstairs where the gallery landing is, led up by a splendid staircase from the hall below. The first bedroom is configured with a double bed and comes with an ensuite bathroom, while the remaining 2 are twin bedrooms that share a separate bathroom. All rooms are afforded with the same fabulous vistas over the villa grounds to the surrounding hillside.
A magnificent private pool and spacious garden lawn are distinctive features of the outdoors, further enhanced by the excellent views of the surrounding area to the imposing mountains. A pool terrace is where guests get to lounge and relax, and just in front of this pool is a large pergola that offers plenty of shade for the BBQ and alfresco dining area. Guests will be pleased to make full use of the large lawn garden whether to spend some quality time with family and friends such as playtime for children or a picnic together. Both the pool and garden face the front overlooking the mountains, while there is also a private driveway adjacent to the alfresco dining spot for guests’ hired vehicles.
The grand interior starts with a combined lounge and dining area that is fitted with lots of seating with a table and chairs for 6 pax. There are patio doors on both sides that open out to the BBQ terrace and garden area, while on the opposite end of the entrance is a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, guests can also make use of the smaller breakfast table and chairs, with a unique wooden ceiling with patio door onto the parking area that leads out to the gardens.
All rooms are equipped with automated air-conditioning / heating, in which the units are well-timed to run from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00, as part of local energy conservation. Free WiFi connectivity is also provided throughout.
Villa Llobiner is excellently located just a short walking distance from a host of authentic tapas restaurants and quaint shops in Pollensa Old Town. Meanwhile, the Pollensa Main Square is just about 900 metres away, which guests will certainly have fun exploring on foot the charming shops and sights on offer here.
