A true retreat set in a stunning valley, built in Mallorcan traditional stone, with exposed beams and walls adorned with the owner's stunning artwork, Villa Llop is a true rural retreat and the quintessential luxury Spanish villa for all to enjoy. With 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and accommodating comfortably 8 guests, the 390m2 property is the perfect home for family holidays and adventures.
The villa is set over two levels, built into the mountain and overlooking the large sparkling pool for a refreshing swim after a day in the hot Spanish sun. The views from the pool and the upstairs sun terrace are an absolute delight. The outdoor area is complemented by plenty of sun chairs and an outdoor dining setting for alfresco meals enjoying the wonderful countryside.
Villa Llop is equipped with four lovely and welcoming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning for the warm summer weather, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 4 single beds and 2 double beds, guests can choose how they rest for a good night’s sleep. The beautifully decorated bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and blankets.
This lovely villa consists of two sections; the annexa and main house. The annex houses one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. There is also another double bedroom with ensuite and lovely sitting area with two comfy couches and access to the terrace, thoughtfully separated by a lockable door to ensure privacy. The main house a few steps away up the hill is home to the further two double bedrooms and shares a bathroom.
Villa Llop boasts 3 bright and airy bathrooms. The double bedrooms in the annexe are equipped with their own private bathrooms, each modern and complete with showers. The third bathroom is shared by the other 2 double bedrooms in the main house and houses a bathtub for guests to enjoy a lovely soak after an adventurous day.
With the villas access to the terrace area conveniently located both close to the kitchen and living areas, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a pleasure. The patio offers plenty of seating for dining alfresco and a barbecue and enjoys views out across the beautiful swimming pool and the picturesque gardens.
Close to the swimming pool is the cedar lined sauna, wonderful for those aching muscles after a day out exploring. There is also a ping pong table for the energetic. For guests wanting to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, the villas 7.5 x 4m pool is the ideal place for a cool off, also complete with plenty of sunbeds for suntanning.
The lounge areas of Villa Llop are spacious and stylish. With ample seating and high loft style ceilings with exposed beams, and stunning views across the countryside, guests are sure to feel at home. The lounge areas boast Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience.
The villa is equipped with two kitchens, one in the annexe located adjacent to the lounge area is equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and all utensils needed. The second kitchen located in the main house, is well-appointed with pots and pans; the kitchen is also equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and utensils; all guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the lovely backdrop of Pollensa.
With air conditioning throughout and final cleaning, Villa Llop welcomes its guests for any arrival time; with arrival out of schedule option available. The villa also comes equipped for the little ones, with a large stretch of grass for the kids to run around, and also enjoy a game of ping pong under the terrace area for that extra bit of fun. A baby crib and a highchair is also supplied. Upon check in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests.
Located minutes away from Pollensa old town Villa Llop is very central for guests wanting both relaxation and adventure. Not too far from the comfort of your own countryside home, a 7km drive, are the stunning sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Guests can enjoy a stroll around shops or supermarkets and wander around the town. For the more energetic holiday goers, excursion al Puig de Maria is a very popular and scenic hike, which is within minutes {3kms} of the villa. The ancient Roman town of Pollensa offers a good choice of restaurants, shopping, sightseeing and a colourful Sunday market in the town square to purchase the local artisan products sold in abundance here.
