Villa marble truly encapsulates the pure and utterly tranquil philosophy of the beautiful island of Mallorca. The villa is surrounded by an oasis of lush greenery and an aquamarine swimming pool. The interior creates a sense of a rustic retreat with exposed wooden beams, laid back furniture and charming Spanish artworks. Villa marble has six comfortable bedrooms, each with opulent simplicity shown through a combination of modern and traditional designs. This stunning villa is located in the beautiful seaside town of Pollensa, adored for its lovely white sand pine walk and clear sea.
This villa comfortably sleeps eight to twelve guests in the luxurious bedrooms. Each of the sumptuous bedrooms creates a feeling of a home away from home by using elegant shades of rich creams, cider orange and Egyptian blue. While the tones differ throughout the bedrooms, the high-quality standard is maintained beautifully, from the comfortable bedding to the terracotta caramel floor. Each of these beautiful rooms has plenty of wardrobe space and enjoy privacy.
The outside of this villa feels very secluded in your very own private paradise. The grounds are dotted with sky-reaching ferns, Mediterranean cacti and fragrant lavender. The swimming pool has been perfectly designed to resemble an aquamarine lake; It's the perfect spot for a cooling swim under the golden Mediterranean sunshine. The pool area is grassy, with comfortable sun loungers dotted around under parasols. The villa offers a covered alfresco dining area with a large banquette style table adorned with yellow flowers and a hanging candelabra. Near to this is a sofa area with miss mashed eggshell blue pillows.
Villa marble's interior feels cosy and exudes a sense of complete laid back luxury. The living space is open plan with walnut coloured beams and streams of light coming in from the French windows that open out onto the fresh green foliage. The living room has slouchy sofas and a large flat-screen TV for those movie nights with families or friends. The dining room has a beautiful heavy oak table with plenty of seating and windows to the garden. The kitchen is adjacent across the terracotta tiles and is fully fitted and equipped with another simple dining table. The villa also offers a second living space with its own sofa area, dining table and TV coloured in cheerful oranges and ocean blues.
The villa offers a cable TV, and BBQ for all the family or group of friends to enjoy as well as AC to keep cool in the heady summer months and a fireplace for the cooler winter ones. It also has extra paid services such as a cleaning service, airport picks up and drops off, childcare and organising local day trips.
This tranquil villa is located in the charming town of Pollensa. Here you will discover history at every turn with 18th-century churches, 160-year-old business and incredible traditional Spanish tapas bars. The perfect place for a dip is in Puerto Pollensa with its white sand pine walk with big palm trees blowing in the salty breeze while the crystalline sea laps gently at your toes. This area offers hiking through orange groves, cypress-lined pathways, and the white wooden sheep lazily strolling the hilltops for the outdoor adventurers.
