Villa Malagarba Den Mig is a modern 3-bedroom villa set just outside of the town of Pollensa . It features modernly furnished living, dining and kitchen area, a covered terrace, landscaped garden and a private pool plus breathtaking views of the countryside all spread out in a single storey building. Three elegantly furnished bedrooms are ready to welcome you. All three rooms are spacious and come with built-in wardrobes. The double room with its minimalist touches and soft double bed guarantees you a good night's sleep. On top of that, it comes with a lavishly designed spacious en-suite bathroom complete with a bathtub and top of the range toiletries and vanities.
Bedrooms two and three have the same configuration. Equally as elegantly furnished, they both come with a set of twin beds. These two rooms share a full family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
As the villa is set over one floor, it certainly makes enjoying the outdoors a breeze. The huge private pool right in the middle is welcoming whilst the beautifully pruned lush lawn next to it makes a great place for a picnic anytime of the day. Enjoy a little sunshine on the comfortable sunbed and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding. A semi-open terrace complete with table and chair and a barbecue stove makes a great al-fresco dining experience.
The entrance leads into bright and airy open-plan spaces with modern minimalist design and top of the range amenities ensuring you a comfortable stay. To ensure your comfort, the entire home is air-conditioned. Enjoy some movies on the ultra comfy and soft sofa. A six-seater dining table with a view makes dining so much more pleasant. The sliding door leads to the spacious terrace area. Its spacious open kitchen has everything you need to wipe up even the simplest meals. Top of the range appliances such as large refrigerator, built-in oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and cutleries are all provided for your convenience. The small island table on the side is great for quick eats or intimate conversations. The utility room where the washing machine and washer is, also houses a shower and toilet.
The villa’s friendly team is always ready to ensure you a comfortable stay. A host of complimentary services including cleaning, weekly linen change, internet access, satellite tv, baby high chair and baby cot/crib. Other optional services like ironing, laundry, can be arranged depending on the season and are charged separately.
There are plenty to see and do around the Villa. Pay a visit to the old town of Pollensa, which is approximately 2km away, lined with trendy cafes, restaurants and bars as well as shops. Should you need to stock up on essentials, Eroski supermarket is within close reach. Besides that, you can shop till you drop at shoppers’ haven, Plaza de Espana. There are markets taking place on Wednesdays and Sundays at different locations, so do check them out if you happen to visit on those days. Take a slow walk along the beautiful bay of Pollensa and take a dip in the calm waters of amazing Cala St. Vicente beach. Check out Tango Ca Vostra which serves good pocket friendly international cuisine including Mallourquin dishes at dinner time along Puerto Pollensa. End your day with some good cocktails at Maduxa.
