Through a driveway with beautiful palm trees on both sides, you get to a stunning single storey Villa Marc. The getaway home is ideally located 300m away from the road that is in between Pollensa and Puerto pollensa. Hence, its residents will have access to the town’s amenities as well as its beautiful beaches. Villa Marc can comfortably accommodate 8 travellers and has magnificent countryside views that you will surely enjoy.
Villa Marc has four bedrooms all together on the same ground. Three of them are along the corridor that is from the lounge. One double bedroom is on the right side while the other one is on its left side. Both these rooms share a common shower room.
At the end of the same corridor, there is a door that leads to the master ensuite room with its adjacent bathroom. The fourth bedroom has twin beds and is accessible two steps down from the dining area.
All the bedrooms are well equipped with a comfortable bed, a seat, fitted storage facilities and air conditioning to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay.
At the front side of villa Marc there is a swimming pool that is surrounded by a well kept lawn, where you can refresh and have fun as you enjoy beautiful views. There are also trees that can provide you with shade and fresh air at the same time. And, for those who love to challenge each other through gaming, then they can gladly do so by playing Table tennis.
Villa Marc outdoor area also features a BBQ space with a big table and chairs. It also has a side table with lighting and a refrigerator too. There are also several terraces around this villa where you and your loved ones can relax as you chat or take drinks. An exterior shower room/WC is also available.
Behind the main door of Villa Marc, is an airy white and beige themed living area with high roofing and beams. The room is elegantly furnished with a cozy sofa where you can relax as you watch your favorite movie on a flat screen Television. Next to the lounge is an open plan dining and kitchen space. Breakfast bar separates the two areas. The dining area is spacious and bright thanks to the glass door on one of its sides. This door also leads to the furnished terrace area with a beautiful swimming pool view. The utility room is perfectly situated next to the kitchen and has a door to the exterior side.
Some of the services that you’ll enjoy freely if you stay in Villa Marc are: Wifi, cleaning and towel change twice a week and air conditioning. Our friendly staff will also be around to ensure you and your family lack nothing.
If you choose to reside in Villa Marc, you will be able to access the Lidl supermarket which is only 2.6km away, and both the sand beach and rock beach which are 3.3km and 3.5 km away respectively.
