This pretty property is in a stunning area of Mallorca, with charming finishes in Spanish style with modern kitchen and bathrooms. Washed peach walls and traditional Spanish roofing, along with lavish use of natural stone create a real Mallorcan feel, very warm and welcoming. With three spacious bedrooms, accommodating 6 guests very comfortably, modern and well equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, Villa Mimas really is a “home away from home.” The villa overlooks the stunning Mallorcan countryside with sensational views.
Villa Mimas has three bedrooms, one double and two twin bed rooms, each relaxing with lovely furnishings and finishes. All have comfortable beds and soft linens with attractive décor. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and heating for guests comfort on a timer which operates from 2pm till 4pm and again from 8pm to 8am.
The lovely double bedroom, with its restful colour scheme and French doors opening to the terrace, boasts an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower.
The two twin bed rooms are bright and cheery with lovely timber furniture and with large windows overlooking the gardens and lovely views, sharing a family bathroom with bath and shower. The bathrooms are supplied with ample towels and a hairdryer for guests convenience.
Villa Mimas is an oasis of rural peace, surrounded by beautiful countryside. Guests can enjoy the crystal clear, distinctly shaped swimming pool, relax with a great book while soaking up the rays of the Mallorcan sun on the timber pool deck. Enjoying a BBQ meal at the al fresco dining table situated in close proximity to the living areas is also an option for guests who wish to enjoy outdoor dining. This wonderful property is the place to enjoy family and friends and relax in absolute serenity.
This relaxing villa is a delight with its Spanish style, gorgeous gardens and a comfortable vibe, it is a pleasure to stay in. The single story 133mt2 home has open plan living areas which are light and bright with terrace doors opening to the outdoors. A comfortable lounge area has plush sofas perfect for relaxing. The living room has wifi and satellite tv, with dvd for fun evenings, perhaps enjoying the fireplace on chillier evenings creating a wonderful spot to relax with family and friends.
The dining area is adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen. The lovely space has a large timber table and chairs for long, delicious meals enjoying the company of family or friends. The kitchen is next, a modern space with everything one could possibly need to whip up a delicious meal. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher and washing machine are all provided along with toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery and utensils for those wanting to enjoy a night in. The kitchen also has a smaller dining table perfect for breakfast or a coffee.
Villa Mimas is always kept beautifully clean. Before guests check in the villa is deep cleansed and disinfected, mid stay there is cleaning service and on departure the final cleaning is included in the tariff.
Check in available out of hours and from 5pm to 3am daily, with departure time of 10am.
Wifi is provided throughout the property and car parking is available on site. Those bringing an electric car can charge it on the property at a cost of 14.29 Euro per night.
Guests wanting full air conditioning can request upon booking, along with daily cleaning service, laundry and ironing, all at extra charge.

The villa is just a few minutes drive from the nearest supermarket and the delightful town of Pollensa. The stunning Cala Sant Vicente beach is only 5 kms from the villa, making Villa Mimas absolutely perfect, rural charm with all one needs for a great holiday within minutes. Pollensa, an ancient town with its impressive town square, stunning views from the top of Puig de Pollenca, a myriad of excellent restaurants and bars and a colourful history, is a joy to explore. The Roman empire left many remnants of their time in this area, with the El Pont Roma still in use to this day. There are also remnants of the Moors and the Knights Templar. A rich and fascinating history indeed in this beautiful town and a joy to discover.
There are fantastic restaurants in this wonderful town, from rustic little local spots to gastronomic delights. Guests will certainly enjoy sampling the local offerings. A little further afield is the very pretty Puerte di Pollensa. This lovely harbour town has white sands, crystal waters and lots of activities to keep everyone happy. Cala Sant Vicente is a beautiful secluded cove with a pristine white sand beach and calm azure waters. There are a few local eateries along the sand and it’s a wonderful secluded spot to enjoy a day in the sun. The area surrounding Pollensa, and the lovely Villa Mimas is surrounded with little villages, historic sites and spectacular scenery just waiting to be explored. If guests can tear themselves away from their lovely villa there is definitely plenty to keep them occupied!
