Boasting a beautiful mountain backdrop and an impressive 6 bedrooms, is the farmhouse called Villa Papa that is steeped in character and charm. Only a few minutes drive from Cala San Vicente, guests have a lot of going for them starting with the large-sized swimming pool and spacious grounds, and interiors that are traditional in design yet airy in atmosphere for spaces like the >lounge, dining area and kitchen. The villa sleeps 12 guests through its bedrooms that are found on the ground and first floor.
Consisting of 6 bedrooms within the villa, they are all spread out on the ground and first floor. Accommodating 12 guests in total, only 1 room which is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located here. The rest of the 5 bedrooms are on the upper floor, configured as 1 double bedroom and 4 twin bedrooms that feature chequered-tiled monochromatic flooring. On this storey, guests will also have 3 shared bathrooms at their disposal.
The outstanding features of the outdoor grounds are itslarge private swimming pool measuring 10m X 6m and ample, spacious grounds on which guests have the perfect setting to relax and chill out on. On the side of the house is a brick BBQ area, with an outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining and socialising under the shade while overlooking the pool. The gated driveway area provides plenty of forecourt parking bays for guests’ hired vehicles.
The interiors ooze strong traditional design evident in its lounge, dining area and kitchen space. It seamlessly connects together as a single, large and airy living space, and from the kitchen is where guests can access the BBQ area and the terrace. Classic elements like wooden ceiling beams, stone-decked walls, arches and terracotta-tiled flooring make the villa authentic, personable and warm for all the staying guests. Head upstairs for the small terrace area that is accessible from the first floor hallway that overlooks the wonderful scenes.
While all the rooms are fitted with timed air-conditioning units that run from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00 in line with local energy-saving initiatives, the ground floor double-bedroom is fitted with air-conditioning / heating at no extra cost to guests. Besides satellite television for entertainment, guests can also connect to complimentary WiFi Internet throughout their stay.
Located near Cala San Vicente within a short few minutes of driving distance, guests get to explore plenty of restaurants, local shops for groceries, and beaches. The distance to town is just a mere 2km and to the beach approximately 2.5km.
