A hidden gem near the old town of Pollensa, Villa Perdiu Vell Petit is a recently renovated holiday haven with a lush landscape, romantic Majorcan architecture, and tasteful interiors. Designed with the highest-quality of amenities, the villa provides you an escape into an old-world Spanish home where you can leave all your worries behind. The gardens are thriving and you have a private pool as well as outdoor dining to enjoy the natural beauty that abounds. The bedrooms located upstairs have a balcony serving a remarkable vantage point to enjoy the scenery. A rural setting where you can head into Pollensa town in a moment’s notice, as it is only 3km away, allows you to take a break and have an immersive experience surrounded by Spanish culture.
There are three bedrooms at the villa and one is located privately in an annex with an ensuite bathroom. The others are located upstairs with a twin room and a double room that leads to the terrace. You can enjoy views of the countryside, beautiful throughout the day. There is a shared bathroom with a skylight.
Set in a sprawling property, the villa features expansive gardens that are trimmed to perfection. There is a luxurious swimming pool right in the heart of it for you to jump in and wade around in it. A charming stone pathway connects the stunning pool terrace straight into the lush landscape. The pool terrace features deck chairs and a thriving palm tree. There is a shaded area with an outdoor dining table and BBQ.
The villa interiors feel like you’re in a cool and private cave home with Mallorcan stone walls. There are modern comforts like a sofa set and flat-screen TV and some books. The wooden beams on the ceiling and the antique tiles add to this charming space. On the other side of the ride, divided by a staircase, is a study desk and dining table.
The decor is truly exquisite with gorgeous artwork and antique pieces. When you’re feeling peckish, head to the BBQ terrace or make your way into the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with a built-in oven, coffee machine and four-burner stove. There’s a breakfast table in the corner as well.
The staff is happy to help you settle in and get comfortable. The villa is disinfected and cleaned for your arrival. You may even request additional cleaning if needed. It’s a family-friendly villa so children are welcome. If you’re coming by car, there is an open-air parking spot.
Whether you wish to stay indoors and enjoy the comfort of your private villa or head to Pollena Town Centre, you have easy access to both worlds. The streets are quaint and you can meet the locals, shop for gifts, and eat delicious local food like paella. Restaurants and shops are plenty in the area or you would even like to spend a day at the beach for seaside dining.
