Occupying a prime location that is backdropped against an impressive mountain range in the heart of Pollensa countryside, is what guests will come to know as Villa Plana. This appealing 3-bedroom villa for 6 guests has just been recently given a renewed lease of life, while surrounded by mature gardens and lush greenery all within its landscape perimeters. Its interiors are nothing less than chic, contemporary with a harmonious blend of traditional design and features. Guests will be spoilt as to whether they choose to spend more time indoors or outdoors, which boasts of excellent terraces and spaces to savour the marvellous views in this perfect location.
The 3 bedrooms of Villa Plana sleep 6 guests. The rooms are configured as 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. They are painted in all-white walls with white furnishings and fittings for a clean, minimalist style and look.
The villa’s exteriors are made up of cool, shaded terraces that serve as the vantage point to catch great mountain views and sunrises each day. The alluring large rectangular pool measuring 4m X 8m is just excellent for daily swims or laps, while atmospheric corners for alfresco dining are ideal for guests to simply chill with a book or a glass of cold beverage. Additionally, there is the mature garden framed by 2 skyscraper palm trees that provide a calming, breezy and holiday effect to guests.
Inside the house, guests will find that it has been tastefully renovated and decorated, which features a cosy living lounge-and-diner combo area, a fully-equipped kitchen which is designed with traditional wooden cabinets intermixed with some of the more modern amenities.
Air-conditioning is fitted in all bedrooms and guests also get to connect to complimentary Wifi Internet, besides satellite television channels for entertainment.
Villa Plana is located amidst some of the most picturesque mountain backdrop in beautiful Vall d'en Marc in the heart of the authentic Pollensa countryside. Guests will be happy to know that they can conveniently reach the old Roman town of Pollensa which is just a few minutes’ drive away and check out the variety of restaurants and shops there. Also within easy reach are the beaches and amenities of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
