The remarkable Villa Prital is set in the most scenic countryside between the historic town of Pollenca and Cala San Vincente, famous for its delightful coves and beaches. A long private driveway leads up to this magnificent stone-built double-storey home which comes with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, large terraces, lush expansive outdoor spaces, private pool, spacious living/dining areas plus a fully-equipped kitchen. It makes the ideal accommodation of choice for small groups of friends or two families travelling together as it can easily sleep up to eight persons. Given its strategic locality, it is within easy access to shops, beaches and towns.
The cosy bedrooms are spread over two floors. The soothing colours of the rooms with its exposed wooden beams, comfy beds that come with beautiful beddings and fine sheets, create a relaxed, warm atmosphere for a peaceful nights’ sleep.
Needlesstosay, all four rooms are beautifully designed. Each of the rooms has large windows opening out to a picturesque view of the surrounding mountain and lush greenery.
The spacious bedroom one comes with its very own attached bathroom, beautifully fitted with a lovely wooden bed and super plush premium mattress, while its ensuite bathroom has top of the range fixtures, relaxing shower, toiletries and vanities. A further double bedroom is furnished with a large wooden bed. The two remaining rooms each come with comfy twin beds. These three bedrooms share a shower room and bathroom.
The expansive outdoor spaces are fantastic. As you step outdoors, a large pool welcomes you for a dip in its crystal clear waters. After which, take a rest on the many sun-loungers surrounding the pool. A summer kitchen with a barbecue provides another avenue for outdoor dining, amidst a peaceful and tranquil environment. Its charming well-manicured garden with fruit trees, the likes of almond, figs and lime and it’s ponds and paddock, is there for all to enjoy. The garden is also fenced for added security.
Exposed wooden beams, stone walls and arches lead into its generous interior spaces, starting with the open plan living/dining room with a satellite TV, DVD, a lovely wood burning stove/fireplace and comfortable sofas, where you can relax and watch a movie at night.
Meals can easily be prepared in the beautiful fully equipped kitchen, complete with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, juicer and a dining table.
A door from the kitchen leads onto the spacious semi-covered terrace, aptly furnished with a long wooden table for alfresco dining, where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
The villa’s friendly and experienced staff is always on hand to ensure you a memorable stay. For those driving to the property, an open-air parking is available. Final and mid-stay cleaning is provided by the housekeepers, who also change the linens once a week. Those with young kids or toddlers, baby cot/cribs and high chair are also provided free of charge. Meanwhile, any other additional services such as extra cleaning, ironing, laundry, transfers, babysitting, to name just a few, are subjected to separate costs.
There is much to do around Villa Prital, like visiting the beaches around the area,such as the sandy beach of Port de Pollensa, beautiful coves of Cala San Vincente and the quaint Pollensa town with its attractive, narrow, cobbled streets lined with trendy cafes, restaurants, bars and the 365 steps that lead to the iconic El Calvari church which has a beautiful view of the surroundings. For the more adventurous, the climate is suitable for cycling while taking in the breathtaking views of the mountains and seas.
