Roser Vell is set over three floors and the three bedrooms on the upper floors. Two bedrooms, including a single-bed reading room perfect for kids, are found on the second floor with a family shower room. The master suite occupies the third floor with ample privacy. It is well-furnished with a double bed and has an ensuite.
This private house features a pool terrace with high walls to offer you privacy. It has Mallorcan marble flooring. It is a very relaxing spot where you can lay back on the deck chairs, soak up some sun and enjoy the fresh air. Swim as much as you’d like as it is your private pool and there’s no one to interrupt you.
Once the sun sets, head to the charming lounge via full-length framed glass doors. It’s a modern space in a traditional setting. The Mallorcan walls add a nice authentic touch while you have a plush couch and modern furniture. There’s a huge flat-screen on the wall and it’s a smart TV so you can stream all you like. The room is air-conditioned for the hot afternoons. A high ceiling allows ventilation and makes it feel like an atelier.
As you cross the pool, you’ll reach the contemporary dining area and kitchen space. It is decked up in darker shades for a cool vibe. There is a cute dinner table by the glass doors overlooking the swimming pool. As you walk indoors, you have a state-of-the-art kitchen. It has a wall-mounted cafe-style table with high stools. Top-of-the-line appliances are available with premium fittings.
Services are available to help you settle in with ease. Firstly, the villa is cleaned and disinfected so you don’t have to worry about your safety. You may request daily cleaning as well. It’s a family-friendly villa so children are invited. There are baby cots and high chairs available as well.
