Villa San Jordi Cinco is a charmingly rustic stonclad villa central to all Pollensa offers and sleeping comfortably 6 guests in its 3 beautifully decorated rooms. Guests are sure to feel like they are home here in this quaint 127,000 meter property. The villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen complimented with a spacious dining area overlooking the swimming pool creating an instant holiday vibe. The living areas are outfitted with comfortable seating ensuring a relaxed atmosphere and for alfresco dining the barbeque area is a great dining experience under the Mallorcan stars. Families or a group of friends [over 30 years of age] will definitely enjoy the relaxed and charming villa.
The villa boasts 3 pretty bedrooms all with cooling and heating. The bedrooms have the option of sleeping arrangements; one bedroom with king size bed, one with an extra folding bed. The rooms are well appointed with traditional country house décor making guests feel very comfortable. The villa is complete with 3 bright and modern bathrooms, 1 of which has a bathtub and each with a piping hot shower, fluffy towels and hairdryer provided. The other two bathrooms have showers only.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the outdoor terrace of the villa. With direct access from the kitchen, guests can easily prepare and present meals for alfresco dining under the Mallorcan stars. For warmer nights the outdoor area is ideal; equipped with an outdoor barbeque, guests can enjoy meals outdoors whilst the family cools off by the 6 x 1.5 meter lovely pool with plenty of seating.
Villa San Jordi Cinco hosts a lovely and welcoming living room with rustic wooden beams. The lounge area has plenty of relaxed seating, a fireplace for the cooler nights and a HD cable TV [English and Spanish channels].
The villa boasts a fully equipped open kitchen with direct access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen boasts not only pots and pans but is also supplied with barbeque utensils, dishes and silverware, stove, microwave, oven and refrigerator and freezer, a coffee maker and juicer, basically all guests could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal in their holiday home.
Villa San Jordi Cinco offers a safety deposit box for guests to use. The villa is also cleaned weekly and after guests check out and fully disinfected for the hygiene and safety of future guests. Located in a pleasant neighbourhood in the centre of Pollensa and tucked between two hills of Serra de Tramuntana ranges, the ancient town of Pollensa is a delight to stay and explore. 6km drive from both Puerta Pollensa sandy beach and Cala San Vincente beach and a short 2kms from Pollensa Golf course, the well equipped home Villa San Jordi Cinco is ideal for the whole family.

Manzanas y Peras located only minutes from the villa is where guests can delight their taste buds with delicious tapas. For more sophisticated dining experience Restaurant Clivia is a must, with its lovely courtyard perfect for a lovely alfresco meal of the freshest produce.
Not far from the villa; just a few minute’s walk, there are lovely shops to explore and perhaps purchase beautiful ceramics, jewellery, fabrics and home decoration items.
The Sunday market is a delightful place to wander and purchase fresh fruits and vegetables, souvenirs and bric a brac.
