Boasting an idyllic location that affords some fabulous views across the distant mountains, meet Villa Tancotes that promises to awe guests. Thanks to its strategic spot where guests will get to conveniently access Port de Pollenca and the historic town of Pollenca, this stone-clad home offers 3 bedrooms for 6 guests to enjoy. The bright green garden lawn and turquoise blue pool are simply irresistible while the classically-furnished interiors feature a gorgeous entrance hall, a spacious kitchen and wooden ceiling beams juxtaposed against clean, minimalist flooring that showcases the authentic charm of the furnishings and fittings to great effect.
There are 3 bedrooms at this villa that sleep 6 guests, all of which are accessible to the right of the hallway. They consist of 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bathrooms, which all share 2 bathrooms, one of which is fully-equipped and the other being a shower unit. The rooms can be described as ample and spacious, which each comes with their own fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning units.
Outside, an expansive and lusciously green garden lawn awaits guests, which frames a clear turquoise swimming pool measuring 9m X 4.5m in size. A comfortably-furnished stone-paved sun terrace also fills up the grounds here, while to the side of the pool, is a lovely built-in barbeque area that makes it an ideal spot for alfresco dining and star-gazing under the evening skies.
Step into the home and guests will be greeted by a beautiful entrance hall from the main entrance. Just to the left is where guests will find the ample and well-equipped kitchen that consists of amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas hob and electric oven. And adjacent to this kitchen space is an equally large and comfortable lounge dining area that is furnished with lots of sofa seating and flat-screen television for entertainment.
The villa is fitted with timed air-conditioning units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00 and guests can also connect to complimentary Wifi Internet throughout their stay.
Villa Tancotes is located close to the secondary road that connects the town of Pollensa and the Port of Pollensa. From this base, guests have fairly quick and convenient access to Port de Pollenca that is especially famous for its gorgeous coastline, beautiful beaches and the excellent variety of shops and restaurants. It is also near enough to the historic town of Pollensa where guests will be pleased to find the wide cultural and gastronomic offerings.
