The villa overlooks the sparkling turquoise pool for a refreshing swim or fun in the sun. The outdoor area is complemented by plenty of sun chairs and an outdoor dining setting for alfresco dinners under the multitude of stars. The undercover terrace also has a lounge area for guests to enjoy the views shaded from the heat. The villa has stunning views over both the countryside and the mountains in the distance, which makes spending time outdoors a joy.
Villa Llorens is equipped with five warm and welcoming bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with air-conditioning for the warm summer weather, have the choice of different sleeping arrangements. With the option of 8 single beds and a double bed, guests can choose how they rest for the perfect night’s sleep. The bedrooms are decorated in soothing tones and are very comfortable fully equipped with linens and blankets. There is one of the twin bedrooms on the ground floor with its own shower room and the rest on the second floor, two of which have balconies to enjoy the stunning views.
Villa Llorens boasts 3 bright and airy bathrooms. The twin bedroom on the ground floor has its own shower room and the other two full family bathrooms are shared by the four upstairs bedrooms. Both bathrooms have full bath tubs, perfect for a lazy soak after a busy day enjoying.
With the villas access to the terrace area conveniently located close to the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a pleasure. The patio boasts a barbeque as well, with plenty of seating for dining alfresco and welcomes views out across the beautiful swimming pool and the picturesque private gardens.
The large outdoor dining table seating comfortably 10 people; makes hosting dinner parties or having a simple alfresco meal a delight. The outdoor terrace also comes complete with a lounge area for relaxation in the shade. There is also a ping pong table close to the terrace for those energetic guests. For guests wanting to enjoy the Mallorcan sunshine, the villas 9x4meter pool is the ideal place for a swim or some fun in the sun, also complete with plenty of sunbeds for suntanning.
The lounge area of Villa Llorens is spacious and impressive. With ample, comfortable plush seating and high exposed beam style ceilings, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience. The living area wall is finished in local natural stone to add to the cozy feel and the room has a wood burning stove for the chillier nights.
There is a small dining area in this area seating 6 guests comfortably. Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the kitchen, well-appointed with pots and pans, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare lovely meals for a night in or a beautiful lunch overlooking the stunning backdrop of the countryside.
With air conditioning throughout and final cleaning, Villa Llorens welcomes its guests with an arrival time from 4.00pm, check out at 10.00 am. The beautiful villa also comes equipped for the little ones, with a large stretch of grass for the kids to run around and also enjoy a game of ping pong under the terrace area for that extra bit of fun. Upon check in and check out the villa is fully disinfected for the health and safety of its guests.
Located minutes away from Pollensa old town Villa Llorens is very central for guests wanting a bit of both; relaxation and adventure. Not too far from the comfort of your charming countryside home, a 3.5km drive, are the stunning sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente. Guests can enjoy a wander around shops or a lovely meal in one of the cafes. The beaches are very lovely and have loungers and umbrellas available for rental. For the more energetic holiday goers, an excursion to Hidropark and karting Can Picafort are highly recommended.
