Commanding superb views over the mountains in the distance, a 5-bedroom villa definitely sets out to impress not just with its location but also its spacious traditional interiors and expansive outdoor grounds. Welcome to Villa Guinot, which nestled between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, can host up to 10 guests and which they will be awed by its large private swimming pool, the gardens and other amenities that the property has going for it. A large private parking area gated from the main street is where guests will arrive first at, before entering the house to find lovely indoor spaces that are spread over 2 levels. Outside is where guests can chill by the pool or the terrace that also acts as an alfresco dining area over great meals and conversations.
With 5 bedrooms built for 10 guests, they are spread over 2 levels. First on the ground floor is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, as well as 2 twin bedrooms. A bathroom sits along the hallway while another shower room is adjacent to the kitchen. Upstairs is where guests will find another double bedroom as well as a twin bedroom that shares a separate bathroom and WC. Both of these bedrooms are designed with pleasant seating areas; one of which comes with a private balcony and the other with a terrace overlooking the mountains. The twin bedroom meanwhile has an external staircase that leads down to the gardens!
Head outside and the large private swimming pool awaits. There is plenty of space around the surrounding gardens to relax and savour the scenes, while the partially covered terrace provides shade for guests to make it their alfresco dining spot where meals can be whipped up on the brick BBQ and for enjoyment thereafter.
The indoors of Villa Guinot is made up of traditional design and elements, starting with the open-plan living lounge and dining hall that is fitted with an ornamental fireplace, flat screen television, table and chairs. Its rear wall meanwhile is lined with windows and patio doors that allow an abundance of sunlight into the home, as well as access to the pool terrace and garden. There is also a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen on the opposite side of the entrance hall with a second dining table, with amenities like a full oven, cooking hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Disinfection service is provided at Villa Guinot, as well as mid-stay cleanings and complimentary Internet connection. Free air-conditioning is available from 2pm to 4pm and from 8pm to 8am. Guests can also request for a free travel crib and high chair for their young toddlers, while other optional services that can also be requested are change of bed linens every 7 days, laundry and ironing service depending on season, and an electric car subject to additional charges.
Villa Guinot is ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa with just a very short driving distance to both places. It takes just about 3 km to reach the shops at Eroski Puerto Pollensa, about 4 km to reach the Puerto Pollensa sand beach, and about 5.5 km to the town center of Pollensa.
