Set within a peaceful location just a short distance from Pollensa old town, is a charming 2-bedroom holiday villa for 4 guests called Villa Tonina. Surrounded by swathes of beautiful mountain backdrop, this delightful single-storey property features a superb blend of the classic traditional and modern new, enhanced by lots of Mallorquin crafts. While the interiors are exquisite with ample wooden elements and arts decor that make this villa truly a desirable vacation home, the outdoors are not to be outdone either, as a dramatic pathway lined by luscious bamboo shoots, draping trees and a variety of flowering shrubs and trees makes it visually appealing even before guests reach the front doorway, raising anticipation for a splendid accommodation.
Designed with 2 bedrooms, Villa Tonina can sleep up to 4 guests maximum. There is 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom , and they share a common bathroom. Both rooms are fitted with elements of solid wood that jive with the overall theme and design concept of the house, such as lovely storage cabinets, side desks, wooden window frames and headrest of the beds.
One of the outdoor highlights of the villa is certainly its gorgeous and aesthetically-stunning driveway which is flanked by delightful plants, trees, shrubs, bamboo shoots on both sides. This is perhaps one of the best receptions for guests even before arriving at the front doors of the villa. Meanwhile, there are also 2 furnished and sheltered terraces at the front which allows for guests to simply daydream and chill with views of the garden, which also features orange and lemon groves.
Step into the doors and guests will be suitably impressed by the villa’s excellent interior design, which is nothing short of cosy, warm and tasteful. The first space to greet you will be the combined lounge and dining room with woodfire burning as its centrepiece. Head over into the well-equipped kitchen which is not only spacious but is enhanced by pine wood furnishings as well as a breakfast table with a door that leads out to a small covered terrace on the side of the villa.
Besides satellite channels on television for entertainment, guests will also have free Wifi connectivity throughout their stay.
Villa Tonina is situated in a peaceful location that offers splendid mountain views in the background and just a short drive from the charming old town of Pollensa. The distance to town is just a mere 1km and under 1.5km to the Pollensa main square. For beach enthusiasts, they can easily head to the beach just about 7km away.
