Located around Siller in Puerto Pollensa, overlooking views of the neighbouring countryside and Tramuntana mountains, is a villa called Villa Carla. With 5 bedrooms to boot to accommodate 10 guests, the villa is designed with traditional and homely interiors, and pleasant outdoor grounds where ample relaxation spaces are available for guests. Besides the large private swimming pool surrounded by greens and flowers, other facilities include a brick BBQ and partially covered terrace, while the indoors emanate cosy vibes through its comfortable and homey seating areas, use of wood materials and furnishings and an ornamental fireplace for guests’ comfort.
With 5 bedrooms for Villa Carla, they sleep up to 10 guests and are spread over the ground floor and upper level. The room on the ground floor is a double bedroom equipped with an adjacent shower room, while upstairs is where guests will find another double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom as well as a private sun terrace with picturesque views of the mountain. The 3 other remaining rooms are twin bedrooms that share a separate shower room, while 2 of these twin rooms are found at the front of the villa that share a terrace facing the pool and outdoor grounds.
For the outdoors, guests will be pleased that there is ample space for enjoyment of the surroundings, starting with the partially-covered terrace with a table and chairs that can double up as an alfresco dining spot. There is also a brick BBQ around the side of the villa, while the large swimming pool is surrounded by great trees and lovely flowers, with a short pathway that leads to the sheltered dining space. The driveway also provides space for vehicle parking of guests.
Inside, the combined lounge and dining areas offer comfortable seating for guests with a flat-screen television for entertainment, an ornamental marble fireplace, and a wooden table with wooden high chairs for 10 pax. There are patio doors from this area that open up to the BBQ terrace, where there is access to the utility room. Adjacent to this living area is a well-equipped kitchen and pantry which is fitted with all the mod cons including a full oven, a cooking hob, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, as well as a breakfast table.
Various services are provided for guests, such as mandatory disinfection, mid-stay cleaning, final cleaning and also complimentary Internet access. Free air-conditioning is enabled from 2pm to 4pm daily and 8pm to 8am daily. Other optional services that guests can request for are baby high chairs, cot/crib, laundry and ironing depending on season, and an electric car for hire if needed.
Located here in Siller, Puerto Pollensa, guests have convenient access to the beautiful sandy beach and a large selection of seafront restaurants. The charming and authentic town of Pollensa is also easily reachable by car. The nearest shops at Lidl are 1.8 km away, and beaches like Cala San Vicente and Cala Carbo are literally just a 5-minute drive to reach.
