Best of all, this villa lies close to an assortment of amenities and attractions, including a picturesque golf course. With dazzling views of the rolling hills, olive groves, and fruit orchards that dot the charming countryside, this villa can very comfortably sleep up to six guests.
Villa Can Mares offers a total of three air-conditioned bedrooms with ample closet space and sweeping views of the surroundings. The master bedroom is fitted with a full attached bathroom with the basic amenities so you can freshen up in all intimacy without having to wait for your turn to use the shower. This bedroom also has a comfortable double bed and an oversized closet to stow your belongings. Best of all, this particular room also features an oversized private terrace where you can relax while you soak up both the views and the glorious Mediterranean sun.
The other two rooms each have two twin beds, but these can be joined together should you require double beds instead. The twin bedrooms also share a bathroom between them.
The sweeping sheltered terrace that overlooks the swimming pool offers ample room for guests to chill out while sipping on a cold drink. This particular space is also fitted with outdoor dining furnishings so you can sit down to a leisurely Al Fresco meal with your family and friends.
During your holiday in Spain, you will have access to your very own green-tiled oversized swimming pool, perfect for taking a dip whenever the mood strikes. The pool area is also lined by sun loungers for when you want to work on your tan. The back terrace provides a second outdoor dining area, this one decked out in rustic style with a farm-inspired table and benches. There, you will also find a barbecue area for when you want to savor a grilled feast.
The porch provides a direct access into the living room which offers a flat-screen television, complete with satellite access. The living room also has delightfully comfortable sofas that you can sink into after a full day of adventuring. If you would still like to enjoy homemade meals during your holiday in Spain, you can always make full use of the appliances, utensils, crockery and cutlery sets set up in the kitchen. The kitchen also provides an oven, electric hob, dishwasher, and microwave. There’s also an indoor dining space where the whole family can gather over delectable homemade meals.
Just past the kitchen is found a laundry area, complete with washing machine.
Rest assured that bed sheets and towels are provided during your stay at Can Mares. Limited housekeeping services are provided so you don’t have to worry
about having to clean up after your family and yourself during your holiday in Spain. WiFi is free and available throughout the villa.
A short drive from Can Mares takes you Alcudia Old Town where guests can browse through souvenir stores or stock up on fresh produce. During your holiday in Spain, you can also check out the Natural Park S'Albufera de Mallorca that lies just eight kilometers away. Soak up the sun or splash about in the crystalline lagoon with a visit to Cala Formentor Beach, located a few minutes from Villa Can Mares.
