This 5-bedroom luxury villa is nestled in the center of Mallorca, very close to the ancient town of Pollenca in the north of the island. It is one of the quietest corners of Mallorca, away from the crowds and the touristy areas. The villa is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful holiday with your family or friends but still want to stay close to some of the top attractions of Mallorca.
Enjoy luxury living in this gorgeous property that blends the traditional architecture of the island with modern 5-star comforts. Private swimming pool, barbecue, throughout air-conditioning, fireplace, internet, a play area for the kids, several outdoor/indoor living and dining spaces, a well-equipped kitchen… you will have everything in the house. The spectacular 11,500 square meter plot offers many areas where you can unwind and enjoy your seclusion. Casa de Mercedes is easily one of the largest private estates on the island.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, all superbly styled and elegantly furnished. Three bedrooms have large double beds, while the others have twin beds. Bedroom #1 has a double bed with a white headboard and a matching lamp from the ceiling, which adds an elegant touch. The second and third bedrooms both have a wrought iron bed. Bedroom #4 has a contemporary design. They all have wooded-beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring in traditional Mallorcan style. Whitewashed walls provide the right ambiance for a restful night. Mirrors, large wardrobes, and sitting areas provide convenience.
The awesome outdoor is certainly the star of the show of this property. The 11,542 square meter plot seems to go on and on. It is a wonderful tiered garden at the side of a hill going down into the valley. You will find many tall trees, shaded corners, flowering plants, and orchards. In between, there are manicured lawns, open grasslands, and cozy corners with sitting areas where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty.
There are several outdoor terraces throughout the property, all offering unique views. One has the barbecue and the second has the private swimming pool. Loungers are placed on the poolside, so you can relax after a cool and refreshing dip in the mid-morning. Garden and poolside lighting provide a romantic ambiance in the evening.
Air-conditioning, final cleaning, tourist tax, internet, pool towels, and linens are all included with your stay here. You can also use the baby high chair and baby cot/crib, which will be very handy if you are visiting with small children. You will have complete access to the house and the 11,542 square meter plot garden, which means that you can go anywhere you like. Optional heating comes at an additional charge.

This gorgeous villa is within walking distance to the town center of Pollensa, where you will find cafés, restaurants, and bars. The Hidropark water park is 15 kilometers away. You can reach the Puerto Pollensa beach and S'Albufera nature reserve in less than 20 minutes. The ancient town of Pollensa has attractive narrow streets and an impressive main square. See the Pont Roma or the scenic Roman Bridge, the Puig de Pollensa monastery, and the Plaça Mayor that hosts Mallorca’s best Sunday market.
