This 5-bedroom luxury villa is nestled in the center of Mallorca, very close to the ancient town of Pollenca in the north of the island. It is one of the quietest corners of Mallorca, away from the crowds and the touristy areas. The villa is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful holiday with your family or friends but still want to stay close to some of the top attractions of Mallorca.
Enjoy luxury living in this gorgeous property that blends the traditional architecture of the island with modern 5-star comforts. Private swimming pool, barbecue, throughout air-conditioning, fireplace, internet, a play area for the kids, several outdoor/indoor living and dining spaces, a well-equipped kitchen… you will have everything in the house. The villa has 5 bedrooms, all superbly styled and elegantly furnished. Three bedrooms have large double beds, while the others have twin beds. Bedroom #1 has a double bed with a white headboard and a matching lamp from the ceiling, which adds an elegant touch. The second and third bedrooms both have a wrought iron bed. Bedroom #4 has a contemporary design. They all have wooded-beamed ceilings and terracotta flooring in traditional Mallorcan style. Whitewashed walls provide the right ambiance for a restful night. Mirrors, large wardrobes, and sitting areas provide convenience.
The awesome outdoor is certainly the star of the show of this property. The 11,542 square meter plot seems to go on and on. It is a wonderful tiered garden at the side of a hill going down into the valley. You will find many tall trees, shaded corners, flowering plants, and orchards. In between, there are manicured lawns, open grasslands, and cozy corners with sitting areas where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the natural beauty.
There are several outdoor terraces throughout the property, all offering unique views. One has the barbecue and the second has the private swimming pool. Loungers are placed on the poolside, so you can relax after a cool and refreshing dip in the mid-morning. Garden and poolside lighting provide a romantic ambiance in the evening.
