Finca Caselles de Baix is a cozy vacation home with a swimming pool, at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain. The romantic finca spanning 7000 sqm is completely exclusive, and located between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, on the old road from Pollensa to Campanet. This amazing home comprises 2 generous bedrooms, 1 bathroom, huge garden, spacious dining/living room, romantic terrace, nice pool and an open plan kitchen, accommodating up to 4 guests.
This exceptional holiday retreat is situated just a few minutes' drive from the town centre of Campanet, a small village lined with little shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
There are two luxuriously designed bedrooms and one bathroom in this cozy abode, with one of the bedrooms having a super plush double bed, while the other has a built-in wardrobe, a comfortable single bed and a snuggly bunk bed. With wide windows, the bedrooms are bright, cozy and comfortable, with light coloured walls, attractive beddings and sheets, that create a warm serene atmosphere for a peaceful night’s sleep. Meanwhile, the bathroom which has a shower, good quality fixtures, premium toiletries and vanities.
Right up front is a lovely, romantic covered terrace where you can enjoy memorable moments with great company (best with a glass of wine). The welcoming pool beckons you to take a leisurely, refreshing dip on hot days, or after a tiring day of activities and sightseeing. There are also comfortable sun loungers by the pool where you can rest while sunbathing. In the well-tended garden, you will find many potted plants, flowering plants, and trees. The combination of terrace and garden harmonizes with the natural surroundings, creating an ambience that is effortlessly tranquil.
While the home has modern conveniences, much of its Mollarcan roots have been retained with its exposed wooden beams, wood-fired fireplace and stone walls, among others. The generous dining/living space is warm and cosy. Chill out on the palatial sofas with a good book by the wood-fired fireplace (keeping you warm on colder days). Or catch up with the latest happenings on the flat screen TV and end your day with your movie selections on the DVD. The home’s electricity is solar-powered (solar panels on rooftop). Meals are to be enjoyed at the lovely dining area nearby with its beautifully crafted wooden dining table. Preparing snacks or full meals is a breeze in the adjacent, fully equipped kitchen which features a refrigerator, microwave, an oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
Our friendly team of staff is available 24/7 to provide you with any assistance during your stay. Services included in the price include final cleaning, bed linen, baby chair, baby cot/crib, towels and open parking. All other services not included such as childcare, transfers, car rental etc…can be requested, however, these are separately charged.
Beyond Finca Caselles de Baix are a plethora of things to do and see. The small village of Campanet is the closest village in the surrounding, which is dotted with little shops, supermarkets (convenient to stock up on pantry supplies) as well as a square which an array of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. Pollensa is about 16km away. It is 6km from the beautiful Pollensa Port, with a well-known old town centre where you can easily find everything you need - from exciting Sunday markets (great to shop for souvenirs and local produce), trendy coffee joints and restaurants offering an array of delicious eats.Those into golfing can tee off at Pollensa Golf. Eroski Sa Pablo (supermarket) 11km away offers even wider choices of pantry supplies. For those who enjoy the sun sea and sand, the lovely beaches of Cala Sant Vincenc (rock beach) and Port de Pollensa (sand beach) are both about 17km from the villa.
