Finca Umber sits at the base of a pretty wooded hill in north Mallorca. This is one of the most scenic areas of the island. You will have many hiking trails, caves, unique rocky structures, forests, and viewpoints offering gorgeous panoramic views up to the sea all around. The large 12000 square meter estate seems to extend forever. This can be your private Garden of Eden, a world of seclusion and serenity, perfect for a quiet and relaxing island vacation on the Mediterranean. And yet, it is only a few kilometers away from many of the top tourist attractions and activities on the island.
This stunningly decorated holiday villa will be your perfect home away from home. It is packed with many amenities that promise a luxury stay. The 5-bedroom house has air-conditioning, a private swimming pool with poolside loungers, a beautiful lawn, garden furniture, satellite television, fireplace, games, a well-equipped kitchen, and a barbecue. Stay here for as long as you like. It can be one of your most memorable holidays.
This country estate has 5 bedrooms, which can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests. The three ground-floor bedrooms all open to the garden through a glass door. The two others are on the upper level of the house. Four of them have twin beds but you can join them if you want to create a double. Minimalist décor and whitewashed walls provide the right ambiance for a restful night. The house has three bathrooms, one with a shower, and two with bathtubs. Hairdryers are provided.
The stunning outdoor area of Finca Umber is even more impressive. You will find many Mediterranean trees and plants in the huge 12000 square meter garden. Enjoy your morning jogging while you hear the sound of the birds. Go on a long walk in the late afternoon and end your day sipping your coffee or a drink by the poolside. Throughout the garden, you will find many well-kept terraces, one with an outdoor barbecue.
At the center of the garden is the large 12x5 meter private swimming pool. You will find a huge lawn just beside this. Relax on a sunbed after a cool swim during the day or just lay down in the green yard. The shaded poolside verandah offers both lounging and dining spaces for your alfresco meal.
The 250-square-meter rental house has two living areas, one on each floor. Spend time together with your family or friends in the evening, chatting up, and catching up on what you saw and did during the day. The fireplace will provide warmth if the weather turns cold. You can watch a movie as well, or your favorite sports team in action. The ground floor also has a formal dining area and a well-equipped kitchen where you will find many modern appliances. Do not hesitate to use them.
Everything in the house is for your use for the duration of your stay, so feel free to use the kitchen appliances, utensils, garden furniture, internet, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, and the fireplace. The cost of electricity, final cleaning, bed linen, baby cot/crib, and internet are all included with your stay in this rental property. You don’t have to pay anything for them. Optional heating and air-conditioning come at an additional cost.
There is a lot to see in beautiful Búger. Don’t miss the cave of Can Mossenya, the ruins of a Talayotic village at Rafal des Puig, and the beautiful Plaza de la Constitución and Town Hall. You will see many carob and almond fields in all directions. There are many cycling and hiking routes as well. The S´Albufera nature reserve is 18 kilometers away. You will find many shops and restaurants at Búger.
