Perched atop a hill, the retreat commands unobstructed views of the sea, creating a breathtaking outdoor oasis. Steps away is the glistening infinity pool beckoning to you to jump in for a refreshing swim, while the beautifully manicured lawn encircles the pool, and invites picnic moments, immersive reading or sheer relaxation under the radiant Mediterranean sun. On the pool deck lines several sunloungers with large parasols and tall trees providing natural shade. A large semi-shaded terrace overlooking the Bay of Pollensa and the Bay of Alcudia, hosts an outdoor lounging area, while a covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen boasts a built-in BBQ, sink, and utility area with a washing machine. Completing the outdoor experience is a rectangular teak table and chairs for delightful alfresco dining against the backdrop of scenic vistas.

Step through the double entrance doors into a split-level hall. To the right is the inviting living room, where you’ll find a comfortable sofa, cosy fireplace and a charming small library. The tastefully furnished lounge opens onto a spacious terrace, offering captivating countryside and mountain views. An antique coffee table, repurposed from a bygone era when the home served as a farmhouse, adds historic charm. To the left, the dining area awaits. with a wooden table for six, seamlessly flowing into the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a range of appliances such as a coffee maker, oven, toaster, microwave and utensils.

A professional and friendly team will take care of all your needs during your stay. Final cleaning is complimentary while bed linens are changed once a week, All other services such as childcare, transfers, baby cot, baby high chair, tours etc, can be requested and arranged, for an additional fee.
