Villa Graphite features a total of three bedrooms spread across the villa. If you’re planning on visiting Pollensa in the summer, you will be glad to learn that most bedrooms are fitted with either air-conditioning units or fans to ensure your complete comfort even when the weather’s hot.

The first bedroom has a double bed, picturesque views of the surroundings, deluxe linens, and oversized windows that will let in plenty of natural sunshine. This room shares a generously-sized shower room with the second bedroom that’s fitted with two single beds, ideal for the kids or teenagers. The third bedroom has a single bed, perfect for the babysitter, nanny, grandmother, or any other extra guest you may wish to have over.

The resort-like grounds outside represent an absolute haven of tranquility and well-being. The well-trimmed lawn features plenty of lounge chairs from where you can work on achieving that perfect Mediterranean tan. There’s even a large swimming pool where you can practice your laps or relax on a floater while sipping on a deliciously chilled cocktail.

Next to the pool deck is found a thatched-roof gazebo for enjoying Al Fresco meals with your friends and family. The front porch additionally provides plenty of space for unwinding or kicking back with a fresh cup of coffee. Outside, there’s also a barbecue area for preparing grilled feasts.

Because Villa Graphite is fully self-catering, it comes with a spacious and perfectly outfitted kitchen where you will find plenty of modern appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, gas hob, electric oven, and the likes. There are also plenty of crockery sets, cutlery, and utensils for preparing delicious homecooked meals that you can share around the large rustic dining table. After dinner, wind down with a nightcap in the spacious living area that comes with large windows so you can enjoy the views and the weather right from the couch.

When you don’t feel like going out, your family and yourself can easily stay entertained right in the villa thanks to the ping pong table and free Wi-Fi. Final cleaning is included in your package and towels are changed every four days. Pool towels and bed linens are additionally included. Additional services can be booked upon request and for an extra fee. These include a relaxing in-house massage, pool fence, private airport transfer, extra cleaning services and the likes.
