The villa is well-secluded within its excellent location for guests’ exclusive privacy, and guests will be thrilled by the verdant gardens and lawns with tranquil views that are soothing to the eyes and soul. Access to the villa is a drive down a countryside lane that leads guests into the main driveway and entrance. The 400 square meters of size that the villa is built upon meant that there are plenty of spaces within its tastefully-furnished indoors and well-decked outdoors that guests can certainly enjoy their dream vacation at. It is located about 71km from the Palma De Mallorca Airport.
With 4 bedrooms in total at Villa Tatoli, they are all pleasantly furnished with a countryside theme whether in the colours and designs of the bedsheets, or in the use of furniture and furnishings. The master bedroom comes with double beds and is equipped with an ensuite shiower room and fully-fitted wardrobes. The 3 remaining bedrooms are all with twin bedding, each with their own fitted wardrobes to boot too. The bright and sunny disposition of the bedrooms are further extended to the bathrooms - in fact, there are 2 other family bathrooms that guests will be pleased to note, with one in between the twin bedrooms and the other close to the kitchen.
Gorgeous and spacious can best describe the outdoor garden of Villa Tatoli, where mature palm trees growing on green lawn dot the landscape while a traditional stone BBQ pit rules the roost here. As the scenic impression lingers, a sizeable L-shaped swimming pool with Roman steps further delights guests not only with the inviting waters but the plenty of space surrounding it, where activities like sunbathing and chilling on the comfortable sun loungers take centrestage. Also featured in the garden here are olive trees, which guests have the opportunity to pick them when in the fruiting season. There is a lovely covered dining terrace for alfresco dining under the night skies and stars near the BBQ area.
The interiors of Villa Tatoli is homey and comfortable thanks to the countryside and classic ambiance with strong traditional nuances. Large sofa and couches occupy the living hall while the dining space just behind features a solid wooden dining table and chairs that lend an air of sturdy grandeur. There is a nice stone arch that separates both these spaces with what’s behind, namely the fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern amenities and wooden cabinets, as well as another set of dining furniture here. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room which consists of a washing machine for laundry needs.
In ensuring the safety of all its guests during these unprecedented times, Villa Tatoli is sanitised and disinfected prior to guests’ arrival. Free air conditioning is provided from 2pm to 4pm and 8pm to 8am daily, and guests will be able to access complimentary Internet throughout. Parking is on the open grounds of the villa, and mid-stay cleanings are provided by the staff on duty. There are also cot, crib and baby high chairs for guests with babies or toddlers.
Villa Tatoli is prized for not just its exclusive countryside location, but also of its close proximity to various sites of attractions including the golf course in Pollensa that is about 2.5km away, quaint shops and restaurants for dining out, as well as just over 5km into the old Pollensa town centre from which guests could explore and check out on foot some great travellers’ spots.
