Located somewhat away from the biggest touristic areas of Seminyak, The Layar Villa is a modern one bedroom holiday residence that is ideal for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. You get a great level of privacy, a state of art kitchen, a private pool, a spacious living area and a semi-outdoor bathroom space with a large bathtub under the sky. The staff of The Layar Villa is also very much mindful about the privacy of the guests, giving them a friendly and flawless service while respecting the privacy. The property has been designed to give a fully home away from home feel for the guests, a cozy and comfortable space that they can come to after a long day exploring this stunning paradise island.
The master bedroom in The Layar Villa is cozy and spacious, fully air-conditioned, and comes with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a private entertainment corner right in the bedroom for the guests. The interior design is rather minimalistic with mostly monochromatic colors. They have made a very pleasant contrast between the shining black walls and the soft white and dark blue elements through the bedding and the cushions. It expands to a large bathroom space that is both indoor and outdoor parts. The outdoor part of the bathroom is luxurious with a marble scattered floor with a petal-filled a freeform bathtub in the middle that is surrounded by many tropical plants.
The 7m swimming pool in The Layar Villa is of very contemporary design, an aqua blue oasis nestled among the many colorful tropical plants of Bali. The freeform shape of the swimming pool has allowed them to include a small walking path that seems to be going right through the pool itself, creating a pleasant shaded space to lie down and read a book or similar watch the stars at night. On the wooden deck of the pool, there is a couple’s lounge chair where the guests can relax and catch the tropical sun rays together.
The main living area of The Layar Villa is fully dedicated creating a friendly social space for the guests. As you enter the living area you will be greeted by the welcome desk, and the lobby area is a very comfortable L shaped couch. The remaining area is mostly the dining table and kitchen, a very modern and state of the art space created for the guests who like to feel home during their vacation, cook their own meals and simple have their own little corner in Bali. The kitchen is where the staff prepares the meals in-house for the guests if requested as well.
The employees in The Layar Villa are well known for their dedication and genuine enthusiasm to give the guests an amazing experience during their stay at the property. They will surely make you feel right at home, in this 1 bedroom property dedicated just for you during your stay. They provide a delicious daily breakfast spread as a complimentary service. They also arrange extra services such as laundry and car rentals for a reasonable price as well.
The Layar Villa is located a little over 1km away from the nearby Seminyak Beach, a nice evening walk to see the sunset. It is close to plenty of popular restaurants such as La Lucciola and Ginger Moon. If you are more into enjoying the local cuisine at an affordable price, you can drop by Made’s Warung that is only a short drive away.
