Villa Teman is a unique mix of traditional and modern living in the heart of Seminyak close to Legian and other main streets in town. The villa houses four bedrooms and a private swimming pool that is easily accessible from the open concept living area. Designed with meticulous detail, the villa interiors are an organised mess with selective artwork gracing the walls, one of a kind artefacts and tribal pieces in the bedrooms, intriguing objects lining the surfaces, and plenty of rustic colours and hues decorate the spaces. You will find four bedrooms at Villa Teman that are located upstairs and also beside the living area. The bedrooms are spacious and well-designed, each echoing an unusual décor with wooden masks, bamboo stalks, arresting artwork, and rugged furnishings. While three bedrooms are designed with king beds, the fourth bedroom is furnished with twin beds ideal for children. You might get access to the gardens directly or a view of the luscious flora from upstairs.
Each bedroom comes with a walk-in closet and a gracious ensuite bathroom with rectangular bathtubs, natural stone basins, shower stalls, and open-air layout. There is abundant space for you to store your belongings and the bedrooms are air-conditioned so you can enjoy the cool ambiance.
The villa itself is larger than life and so are its resplendent outdoors with an allure owing to its abundant natural flora. Villa Teman is tropical modernity at its peak wrapped in a more industrial design featuring natural grey stone steps, metallic overhead lighting, cemented exposed beams and columns, and plenty more. Monochrome portraits line the walls with profound subjects, stone walls add an element of antiquity while the comfortable, plush sofas, tie-dye armchairs, and the flat-screen TV hint at its modern affinity. The entire space is open concept so you have ample natural light streaming in from the poolside and garden. Enjoy luscious views while you relish a cup of coffee or tea.
The dining area and kitchen forms part of the living space so you have one big area where everyone can relax, enjoy a bite to eat, grab a drink, cook, and even watch TV all under one roof. The rustic setup also provides a more intimate experience with hand-crafted dining table and seating for ten guests. The fully-equipped kitchen is the other modern feature with its top of the line amenities and appliances for your ease. There is an elaborate breakfast bar in place with stools where you can grab a quick bite to eat.
Guests of Villa Teman are extended the best of services by trained staff who look after the management and upkeep of the villa. There is housekeeping, airport transfers (extra charge), a welcome drink, and a daily breakfast included on the first day only. Modern amenities include Wi-Fi throughout.
Found in an exciting and yet, serene part of Seminyak, Villa Teman offers the best of both world to its guests. There are plenty of amazing restaurants nearby such as Sushimi, Taman Bambu, and KZU including the famous Oberoi’s ‘eat-street’, which is also not too far from the property. Just a little further down and you will reach the surf central Gado Gado beach to hit the waves or relax on the sandy shores. A beach club is how you end your night in Seminyak and with Ku De Ta and Potato Head, you don’t have to go too far.
