ISHQ Talpe is a stately and beautiful getaway located in the coastal town of Galle in Sri Lanka. The villa is a colonial and Dutch inspired architectural marvel married to the breathtaking tranquility of the Indian Ocean and has super outdoor facilities and splendid interiors. Boasting of five bedrooms, the villa is an ideal getaway for a private event or for a rejuvenating vacation. This villa can accommodate up to 14 adults and children.
Ishq Talpe has five opulent bedrooms that are magnificent. The interiors of the bedrooms are ocean inspired and have the theme colors of blue, white, beige and gold. All the bedrooms have king sized, plush and cozy beds that look very inviting. The bedrooms provide guests with the ultimate comfort. You will also find plush armchairs in all the bedrooms and they also have a low table to the side. Each bedroom is adjacent to a garden terrace where you can cherish your morning cup of tea. Besides, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom complete with wooden flooring & panels, two basins each and an outdoor tropical rain shower.
The villa is a tropical dream with the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean plying their trade nearby. There are rows of towering palm trees that add to the sense of occasion. The lavish villa gardens meet the beach and they are well trimmed and manicured. You are free to lounge on the sun chairs or swim in the swimming pool that is nestled between the patio and lounge areas. The architecture is Dutch inspired and has whitewashed columns and a shingled roof. They complement the stunning blue waters of the pool very well indeed.
Ishq Talpe is designed such that you will fall in love with the opulence and stateliness of the villa’s interiors. The patio area has several well cushioned armchairs in azure blue for lounging in. You will appreciate the bright tropical breeze and the scenery while sitting on these armchairs. The living room area is furnished with all-white sofas and has provisions for iPads and Bose speakers. There is a gym available with the state of the art equipment for a satisfying workout. You will find the poolside American style bar to your liking as you can enjoy your drinks with friends and family. The patio also houses an uber deluxe alfresco dining area with a 14 seater table under a covered patio. There is a separate games and movie room which can hold the attention of restless children and keep them occupied while you relax in the pleasures of the villa.
During your stay at ISHQ Talpe, there will be an expert chef with his team ready to serve up mouthwatering cuisine. The amenities at ISHQ Talpe are five -star and include a general manager, spa therapists, butlers, and a personal fitness trainer at your beck and call. There is 24 hour security along with gardener, housekeeping, laundry services, and massage at extra cost. If you have an infant with you, you can avail of the services of a babysitter at extra cost.
The villa is located right next to the coastline and the beach is a 3 minute walk from the villa. The historic city of Galle is just minutes away from the villa. There are walking tours available that take you to the UNESCO Galle Fort, which is a world heritage site. It is the most interesting site and is a fabled shopping venue in itself. You can find teas and spices, traditional handcrafted masks, batik silks and precious stones along with the best of the island’s designer brands on offer.
