The luxurious villa can accommodate a maximum of eight guests with its three air-conditioned bedrooms. Bright, warm yet fancy, the bedrooms come with soft king-sized beds, fabulousensuites with toilet and rain shower, and stylish wardrobes and lovely bedside tables. Our guests love the stunning ocean sights and direct access to the the pool and garden area that two of the rooms offer. On very sunny days, simply indulge in the enchanting vision of the tropical garden and blue pool through large glass doors and delight in a breath of fresh air.
One of the Ardeen Villa’s best highlights is its expansive outdoor private pool surrounded by an evergreen palm tree garden, lotus ponds and an open courtyard with various bougainvillea and frangipani. What’s more relaxing than having a tanning session at the poolside sun loungers, with a glass of margarita, or taking a good swim in your private space? You can have an wood fired BBQ with the assistance of one of the resident chefs - imagine the fun! With a lot of beautiful spots with patio and garden chairs, the outdoor areas are perfect for capturing memories of your luxury vacation in a tropical paradise.
Like many properties in Sri Lanka, the Ranna villa employs an open-concept design, with a touch of traditional architecture and exquisite woodwork. The high-ceilinged living room provides ample space for enjoyment and activities. Here, you can participate in group games or family activities whilst feasting your eyes on the lovely landscape outside.
Making your own meals together with your travel companions can be fun and help strengthen your bonds - the fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and other necessary cookware will allow you to do that. The airy dining area features an eight-seater wooden dining table will be the perfect place to have some quality time over good food.
Your pleasant stay at this self-contained villa will be guaranteed by the friendly manager and staff, who are always happy to cater to your needs. All housekeeping, pool cleaning, and maintenance responsibilities will be completed in a timely manner so that you can enjoy your family vacation or group getaway to its fullest. The two in-house chefs will be available to prepare the most sumptuous meals for you, be it local or Western cuisine. Direct access to Kahandamodara Beach will enable you to engage in leisurely strolls, sunset-viewing, and turtle-watching any time you would like to. Nature lovers will definitely want to head to Bundala and Kalametiya Bird Sanctuaries for elephant and bird sightseeing, and Mirissa and Dikwela for dolphin and whale-watching. The blowhole is just 30 minutes away by car and the historical Galle Fort 1 hour away. Those who love surfing can take a 40-minute drive to Kudawella, where there are many bays for swimming and bathing as well.
