La Loggia 13

A wonderful 7 bedrooms occupy the villa that are made for 13 guests. Rooms are spacious and bright, and feature a beautiful blend between the classic and modern where the furniture and furnishings are concerned. Of the total, 4 are double bedrooms and the rest of 3 rooms are configured with twin or 2 single beds. One of the double bedrooms features a 4-poster bed, excellent solid wood side desks and a large bay sliding door that allows the outdoors to penetrate in and likewise, for guests to step out onto their private balcony to smell the outdoors. Its spacious ensuite bathroom is just as luxurious with a freestanding bathtub to boot. The rest of other rooms are also well-bestowed with its wooden furniture, space and items of value, and where 3 of them have their own ensuite bathrooms.

The great outdoors are surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with lots of countryside scenery and tranquillity to take in. Amidst the green oasis, guests will find a dash of blue in the form of the private pool of 12m X 6m to take a dip or swim in, with steps to help guests down and lined with a row of deck chairs for guests to make use with sitting and chilling out. A rustic sitting spot made of chopped logs and plank wood overlooks the pool area for guests to gather around. Another unique space is the outdoor patio or terrace within sheltered roofing that is extended from the upper floor of the home, which has been turned into an alfresco dining area with a long table and stools for guests to tuck in their meals while indulging in the scenery across.

The interiors are comfortable, homey and accentuated by lovely traditional touches and elements, including the cotta-tiled flooring, exposed stone walls and the wooden ceiling beams. As guests plonk themselves down on the red fabric sofas, there is a smaller sitting space just behind, with a wooden round table and chairs, and bay windows that allow for the breezy air to come through. There is another living lounge that is hidden from the main view and which features an indoor fireplace and with more couch sofas for guests to park themselves on. The traditional and classic dining area exudes a convivial atmosphere with the adjoining fully-equipped kitchen that features wooden kitchen cabinets, marble surface top and other appliances at guests’ full disposal.

Among the complimentary amenities provided for guests are WiFi Internet access, baby cot and baby chairs for young toddlers. Guests can also request for any other services or facilities with the concierge team who will be happy to assist. For air conditioning and heating, there will be additional costs imposed on top of the stay.
