There are 9 bedrooms in this Tuscan rental villa. The ground floor has 3 bedrooms, one with two queen beds, one with a double sofa bed, and the third bedroom has bunk beds, which is perfect for the kids. You will find the remaining 6 bedrooms on the first floor. Five of them come with queen beds. The sixth bedroom here has bunk beds. They are all spacious and airy. The kids are going to enjoy the bunk beds.
The house has five bathrooms – two on the ground floor and three on the upper level. They have shower cubicles, large mirrors, and modern basins. Towels and hairdryers are provided.

Water, gas, electricity, WiFi internet, and all utilities are included with your stay here. Pool maintenance is also included. The villa’s gardener will keep the property clean and looking good. You can also for midweek cleaning, cooking and babysitting service at an extra cost and by giving advance notice.
