The evocative Italian countryside in Tuscany seems all the more resplendent from the terraces at Villa Alfresco, a three-level house built on the highest point of the estate. Featuring 6 bedrooms, Villa Alfresco can comfortably accommodate 12+3 guests including children. Villa Alfresco boasts clean and minimal interiors swathed in white with a spacious kitchen for professional use since the villa was once a wedding location.
Even now, the party veranda is up for a feast with friends and family. Indulge in an evening dip in the heated pool on the terrace or take a walk along the private olive groves at the estate. Villa Alfresco is found in between Lucca and Florence with views that sweep the Montecatini Alto Valley.
Each of the six bedrooms at Villa Alfresco has been designed with unique and tasteful interiors, comfortable furnishings, and luxurious accents. There is exquisite moulding on the ceilings while the floors feature a mix of wooden and tiled surfaces in different styles. Plush and comfortable double beds with luxe beddings, easy chairs, exposed fireplaces, muted greys, whites, and blacks, accentuate the spaces.
The upstairs bedrooms even lead to a private terrace with sitting areas from where you can indulge in the breath-taking view. The more compact bedrooms are even cosier with beautiful interiors. The rooms are air-conditioned and heated. There are four ensuite bathrooms and one shared bathroom with all modern fixtures and fittings.
Replete with cypresses, trimmed hedges, and fenced gardens, Villa Alfresco’s outdoor area is naturally abundant and resplendent. You have a heated swimming pool on the terrace offering sweeping views of the valley. Around the garden, you will happen upon a whimsical al fresco dining area under a pergola with vines and creepers creating a lush green canopy. The estate is home to olive groves, garden paths, a pool terrace for sunbathing, and a recreational terrace where you can enjoy an afternoon BBQ, and invite your friends and family for a memorable event.
Villa Alfresco is a former wedding location which is why its common areas are elaborately designed. The living room is elegant and chic with light and dark tones, selective artwork, a wine and book case, plush cream sofas and a two-seater coffee table. There is a fireplace in the second living room which reveals a stunning view of the mountains from the windows. There is a TV as well and heating, air-conditioning to cater to the weather conditions. Villa Alfresco is home to several common areas that are well-lit and airy so you can spend time with your loved ones.
For dining, you can always enjoy the sunny weather outdoors in the garden or terrace or you can choose one of the many dining spaces in the villa. There is a spacious restaurant-style living/dining room with comfortable chairs, tables, and a cafe-like ambiance. The best part has to be the full-length glass wall overlooking the spectacular view. It runs from one end to the other giving you uninterrupted views. The industrial-style kitchen is modern and fully-equipped with stainless steel interiors, a glass cabinet, breakfast bar with seating, and everything you need. A set of doors take you to the garden area so you can transfer food outside with ease.
Villa Alfresco is perfect for destination weddings and other events like birthday or anniversary celebrations. The staff will happily make arrangements to ensure you have a wonderful time. There is off-street parking for your vehicles, housekeeping, a private chef is available on request, and you may wish to be served a daily breakfast at an extra charge. There is a tennis court on the property as well.
Although you may never wish to leave the confines of the villa what with your private patio, lush park, and olive trees, but you can always visit the charming cities of Florence with its iconic architecture and Lucca, a hidden gem with medieval buildings, cafes, and nature walks. The countryside is replete with exquisite vineyards where you can enjoy wine tastings and a plate of the most authentic pasta you have ever sampled.
