Set in the quaint hamlet of Fabbrica, built years ago by the Grand Duchy of Tuscany, Villa Angelica is a five-bedroom rustic, a fully-restored 19th-century villa for a quintessential Italian break. The villa that can accommodate 13 guests is built over two floors with a sprawling outdoor area that comprises a stone loggia, alfresco dining, and luscious greenery with a 100-year old Wisteria, views across vineyards and olive groves.
A lower garden teeming with lemon trees and a swimming pool with Jacuzzi resides snugly accessed by a staircase. The interiors are rustic and charming with an old-world vibe to make you feel at home. The kitchen is fully-equipped, the wooden doors leading directly to the garden for a wholesome time.
Each of the five bedrooms is unique, well-furnished and charming. There are wrought-iron beds with plush bedding and quality linen. You have cabinets and armories to hold your belongings and an old-world charm that is hard to miss. The bedrooms are your private oasis where you can escape for a relaxing time. Heating and cooling are available for your comfort. Ensuite bathrooms are fitted with elegant fixtures and modern amenities.
Presenting a luxurious, expansive, and lavish garden with views that sweep rolling fields of green, Villa Angelic’s exterior is exquisite. You will find natural stone walls beyond which lies a spectacular landscape. You have the dazzling swimming pool, perfect for a summer’s day, and a pool deck with deck chairs for sunbathing. You can dine outdoors on the patio where you have an alfresco dining table. Rattan chairs make for a lovely sitting area.
Reminiscent of parlors and salons of the past, the living spaces at Villa Angelica are beautifully designed. You will find striking artwork on the walls, checkered floors, hand-painted furniture, and a unique aesthetic. There is plush seating for you to kick back and relax. You can spend hours in any of the many corners around the villa. With ample room for relaxation, Villa Angelica is the ideal holiday haven.
The spacious kitchen features an island in the center, granite counters with white wooden cabinets. The kitchen is large enough that you can prepare meals with your friends and family. It is fully-equipped and modern with everything you need to prepare delicious food. For dining, you can choose to dine outdoors or indoors, depending on your preference.
There are a host of amenities available at Villa Angelica including barbecue, children’s playground, table tennis, and more. In addition the villa provides a cleaning service for the outdoor spaces (garden, pool, etc..) twice a week, at guests arrival a Home Delivery Service consisiting in a complete Tuscan light welcome snack based on several drinks, platter of mixed cold cuts and cheese and other typical Tuscan fresh products. You have everything you need under one roof, so in case you want to stay in, you won’t have anything to worry about. Upon request, it is possible to have guided tours to the most beautiful cities of art, or for a very particular experience, aerial trips. Every Wednesday evening the owner organize a Pizza Party for guests
Activities such as tennis, golf, and horseback riding are accessible within a 10km radius so you can easily make your way to have some fun. Museums, parks, and historic architecture can be found in surprising corners everywhere in Italy, and Tuscany is no exception. You can even visit other cities like Rome, Milan, and others.
