This level of the villa also houses a cosy living room, wonderful to curl up with a good book and enjoy some quiet time.

This magnificent property has glorious grounds to explore, including the perfect Italianate garden with its perfect symmetry and wonderful topiary work, seemingly thousands of rose bushes, wafting their heady scent around the lovely pathways. The huge swimming pool is perfectly situated amongst the parklike gardens, framed by a bay hedge and enjoys the beautiful scent of the rose-covered pergola. There is many sunloungers and sun umbrellas for all to enjoy a lazy day under the Tuscan sun, and pool towels are provided.
