This magnificent property has glorious grounds to explore, including the perfect Italianate garden with its perfect symmetry and wonderful topiary work, seemingly thousands of rose bushes, wafting their heady scent around the lovely pathways. The huge swimming pool is perfectly situated amongst the parklike gardens, framed by a bay hedge and enjoys the beautiful scent of the rose-covered pergola. There is many sunloungers and sun umbrellas for all to enjoy a lazy day under the Tuscan sun, and pool towels are provided. Sunset cocktails and fabulous alfredo dinner under the stars is the perfect end to a wonderfully relaxing day. The villa has a large BBQ and huge outdoor dining table and chairs.
The living space is drenched with warming sunshine, creating a sun-filled, comfortable space to relax and soak up the views. The lounge has wifi throughout the home, sound system, satellite TV, and luxurious décor—simply the best spot to enjoy with friends and family.

The villa boasts a kitchen, completely equipped and spacious.This floor also houses two guest bathrooms and a fully equipped study room with PC, printer, and photocopier for those who need to catch up with work. The three levels of this spectacular villa are serviced by an elevator and a lovely staircase.
Daily breakfast is included in the villa rate, as is housekeeping six days a week.

A scenic 1.5 hours drive from the villa is another wonderful area to explore; you can tour the famous Piazza del Campo and then have a stroll around the town.
