A 19th century farmhouse cocooned in the serenity of the Tuscan hills, guests will come to love much about Villa Fagnana. Carefully renovated and restored to recreate the personality of an idyllic family home, this villa is designed with 8 bedrooms for 14 guests. As part of the historical estate of Villa Saletta that spans centuries and changed hands within four owner families, Villa Fagnana is a beautiful ode to its colorful, well-preserved past matched only by the timelessness of its architecture and spaces. Segregated in such that it consists of a main house (which hosts the 5 double and 2 single bedrooms) and a limonaia annex (for the last double bedroom), the villa opens out to gorgeous views of fields and valleys to the west of the estate. Beyond the tasteful and elegant interiors, are the equally delightful exteriors with the outdoor terrace, charcoal barbeque, beautiful alfresco dining space and alluring swimming pool with gazebos and sun loungers - all perfect in conjuring the much-loved summer vibe or to hang out during long summer days.
There are 8 bedrooms at Villa Fagnana, which sleep up to 14 guests maximum. They are spread across the main house and the annex building. The 1st Master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower facilities. The other bedrooms carry interesting names like the Piaggia room with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with bath only, the Poggetto room which a queen-sized bed and shared bathroom, the Molinuccio and Leccio that are both with single beds each, and Colline with a king-sized bed. These are all located on the upper floor of the main house, while on the ground floor is the final room called Valle with its queen bedding. The only room in the Annex building is Limonaia with also a queen size bedding.
The splendid outdoor grounds feature an open terrace that comes designed with a beautiful outdoor dining space complete with charcoal barbeque amenities. The garden area has been masterfully landscaped to create a sense of privacy and exclusivity, with a swimming pool and sheltered seating spot that affords guests plenty of chill time to relax and while away their summer days, while soaking in the superb views across the fields and valleys outside the estate.

Wireless Internet connectivity is offered to guests throughout. Both the main villa and annex are fully air-conditioned and heated, while the housekeeping team provides 2 hours of daily housekeeping services from Mondays to Fridays. Guests also receive a complimentary bottle of Villa Saletta wine that will help kick off their stay on a sweet and high note.
Several points of attractions are up for guests from Villa Fagnana, starting with the magnificent medieval villages which are otherwise known as borgos in Italy. Being part of Villa Saletta means guests get to explore the ample grounds that span a whopping 1,760 acres. Check out the range of crops that grow across the lowlands while a huge portion of the estate is also wooded with an abundant variety of trees. Winemaking at the estate is also a top-notch activity, with vineyards that are worth spending your day’s outing at. The villa is also central to several of Tuscany’s points of interest including Florence, Siena, Pisa, San Gimignano, Lucca and Forte dei Marmi.
