With five spacious air-conditioned bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, accommodating comfortably 10 adult guests, the property is situated in the perfect location for relaxation, sightseeing and adventures.
The villa overlooks the stunning countryside and rolling hills of Tuscany and is truly the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
Villa Ferdinando boasts five comfortable and elegant bedrooms. The bedrooms complete with central heating and cooling are decorated in soothing restful tones. The bedrooms are each equipped with large beds one of which can be converted to twins. The aesthetically pleasing bedrooms are fully equipped with linens and duvets and are very stylishly decorated. One of the bedrooms is situated on the ground floor and is wheelchair friendly, with access to the lovely gardens.
Villa Ferdinando has 5 high end ensuite bathrooms; one with a bathtub and all featuring wonderful walk-in showers, fluffy towels and hairdryers.
With the villas easy access to the terrace area conveniently located close to the living areas, including the kitchen, preparing and serving meals outdoors is a pleasure. The terrace boasts a barbeque and an ample dining table and enjoys views out across the the lovely L shaped swimming pool to the rolling hills beyond.
The villa has private parking onsite.
For guests wanting to soak away the aches of the day under the millions of stars above, the villa has a spa area featuring a hot tub, hydro pool, relaxation area and sauna. With breathtaking views across the gardens and countryside it creates the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day. Please note the spa is available at extra charge.
The ultra chic, stylish lounge area is sun drenched, bright and very comfortable. With ample plush seating and dining space for 16 guests, guests are sure to feel instantly at home. The villa features a bar adjacent to the lounge and kitchen area, the perfect spot to entertain or purely enjoy a cocktail or two. The lounge area boasts Wifi and a satellite TV for guests convenience.
Conveniently located adjacent to the lounge area is the modern kitchen, well-appointed and very modern, the kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, toaster and utensils; all its guests could possibly need to prepare gourmet meals for a night in or a beautiful meal overlooking the stunning backdrop of the Tuscan countryside.
Guests have the option of out of schedule arrival times at this lovely fully air conditioned villa.
