There are6 bedrooms in Villa Fubbiano that sleeps up to 12 guests maximum. Up on the first floor is where guests will find 4 of the bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. Proceed then to the top-most floor, the second floor and 2 other twin bedrooms await, both which share a common bathroom. Rooms are kept simplistic and minimalistic with mostly wooden furniture like dressing table, side desks, and wardrobes occupying the various nooks and corners.

The outdoors of Villa Fubbiano centres around a very well-kept garden grown with large shady trees and other shrubs, but beyond the garden perimeters and terraces is where guests will find a small oak tree with a covered pathway that leads to an ancient fountain structure. For guests excited about swimming, there is a large swimming pool measuring 15m X 7m that is set in a panoramic position that overlooks the plains of Lucca. A cute and lovely alfresco dining spot is parked in front of the villa with a dining table set in white dining cloth and outdoor chairs.

Built over 3 floors, guests can relax themselves by the large and spacious living hall that is located on the first floor and is accessible from the main staircase externally. There is also a sitting room with television and dining table on this level, while downstairs on the ground floor is where guests will find the large and elegant kitchen and a fireplace that is designed with distinctive curved arches for its architecture. A bright and cheery dining room opens to the side garden of the villa.

Staying at this villa means guests are entitled to receive guided tours in the surrounding areas as well as the wine and olive oil estate that this villa is part of, with the support and arrangement of the English speaking management. The added bonus is that guests can also enjoy complimentary wine and olive tasting sessions produced by the estate and also free Internet WiFi access. Cleaning service by the housekeeping team is also included as part of the stay package at 3 hours per day, 3 times per week.
