On the 2nd floor 6 large comfortable bedrooms with options for various sleeping arrangements are located, each room lovingly decorated in sunny prints, antiques and local art, ensuring a comfortable night’s rest for friends and family. The six bedrooms are serviced by four bathrooms, also beautifully decorated and equipped with bath linens. The bedrooms are furnished wonderfully with excellent quality mattresses, linens and bedding, the perfect oasis for splendid nights of rest.

Spreading Holm oaks create a lovely shady area to sit and enjoy the views and perhaps a refreshing glass or two of the local wines as guests enjoy the view through the arches of the loggia. The large wonderful gardens with riots of hydrangeas, old fashioned roses, lavender, manicured lawns and ancient trees are begging to be wandered and there are many hidden nooks to enjoy peace and perhaps a nap in the sleepy Tuscan afternoons.This is the absolute perfect place to “stop and smell the roses”.
The fenced 11 x 4,5mt pool is a sparkling oasis of turquoise blue, large and definitely refreshing this is definitely a popular spot to enjoy the sun. Plenty of shady spots are available with large trees surrounding the pool, but for the sunlovers there is also many sunbeds to soak up the rays.
The villa is also equipped with a ping pong table and volleyball for those wanting a little fun in the sun.

The Villa is true Tuscan style and subdued luxury. Upon entering the villa there is a lovely hallway with a stunning arched front door, set with glorious azure leadlight and a guests washroom. Looking down the hallway guests are greeted with expansive living areas opening onto a large lawn area bordered by lovely gardens, a wonderful space to enjoy the Tuscan sun. The lovely study is a wonderful room of peace and calmess, perfect to take some quiet time and perhaps enjoy a good book. The study is equipped with satellite tv, making this a great space to relax in. The villa boasts both a living and drawing room, the living room with an open fireplace for the chillier nights, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a comfortable cosy feel. Internet access and stereo is provided to ensure guests a truly relaxed vacation.A drawing room is a more formal yet equally lovely room. Large and beautifully decorated with glorious antiques and family heirlooms. A pianoforte is a charming addition to the room, which conjures the feeling of gracious days gone by.
A formal dining room is elegant and boasts stunning garden views, a place for lovely, lingering meals enjoying wonderful company.
The country style kitchen is next, conveniently close to the dining room, beautifully equipped and spacious, with excellent appliances, ample space and all guests could need to whip up a quick meal or create a feast. Complete with dishwasher, larder, washing machine and quality appliances, this pretty space is sure to be a meeting point for a cold drink or breakfast.
The second floor also boasts a living room, another charming and attractive room brimming with fabulous decor.
At the top of the property is the artists atelier, situated in the tower of the beautiful mansion. Above the atelier is a large loggia, with beautiful arches on all four sides to give panoramic views of the breathtaking beauty of the Tuscan countryside.

Completely sanitised and cleaned before check in, the final cleaning is also included in the rate,
