Conveniently located as a base for exploring Tuscany and Liguria, Villa Le Due Luna is a charming hillside farmhouse that has been split into two self-sufficient villas to be booked together. Having the two houses together - Villa Luna Blu and Villa Luna Rosa - is the perfect setup for two couples travelling together or an extended family vacation. Villa Le Due Lune has been strategically renovated to provide both the traditional Italian countryside experience and all of the conveniences of modern living. Guests can enjoy their own private pool and temperature-controlled interiors, while admiring the original architectural features and timeless views of the Magra Valley.
Across the entire complex, Villa Le Due Lune can sleep a maximum of six guests. Villa Luna Blu can accommodate four, and Villa Luna Rosa has a capacity of two. Both master suites are ensuite double rooms which have been designed in the traditional style, with stone walls and wooden ceiling beams as original architectural features. Guests will love waking up to splendid mountain views from the rustic shuttered windows. As with the rest of the house, special attention has been paid to the comfort of the guests and providing modern convenience in a traditional setting. As such, all bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning and bed linens are provided.
The farmhouse is located on 2000 square metres of land, set among the beautiful hills, olive groves and fruit trees soon the border of Tuscany and Liguria. As such, the garden offers splendid views and fragrant air for a rejuvenating vacation. To escape the heat of the summer sun, visitors have a beautiful private pool and a pergola to offer shade. Guests can end the day with a group meal at the alfresco dining area on the patio, from which they can admire the romantic setting of the Magra Valley.
Both Villa Luna Blu and Villa Luna Rosa are arranged with the bedrooms on the first floor and a kitchen and living room on the ground floor. Both kitchens are completely equipped with an oven, four ring stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Like the bedrooms, the living rooms are decorated in a traditional style with elegant wooden furniture with metal accents and a stone fireplace. At Villa Luna Blu, there is an opportunity to provide additional sleeping arrangements, as the living room features a large sofa bed.
The booking price at Villa Le Due Lune includes all of the essentials of A/C, linens and towels, utilities, garden maintenance and WiFi. Guests can arrange cleaning services for an additional price.

Nestled among the lush hills of Magra Valley, visitors can enjoy the fresh, fragrant air of the Italian countryside, as they stroll through the olive groves and wildflower fields that surround the villa. The farmhouse is within walking distance of the village of Filattiera, where visitors will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, a bank and a charming Medieval church. Going further afield, this villa offers the perfect base for exploring the regions of Tuscany and Liguria. Just 50 kilometres away are the UNESCO listed fishing villages of the Cinque Terra and the unspoiled Palmaria Island. Within forty minutes drive, sun-seekers will love both the wild, countryside beaches and the beautifully maintained beaches of the Versilia coast.
