All rooms are well-appointed with their own ensuite private bathrooms, independent air conditioning / heating and bathroom alarm. First up is a bedroom that is off the sitting area, fitted with a queen-size bed and its bathroom with shower, while the second room can be found to the back of the dining space containing a small hall, which also comes with a queen-size bed and its own bathroom with shower. The next 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor with doors that lead to the garden - one being a double room with queen-size bed, and the other being a family bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 single beds with their 2 ensuite bathrooms and showers. Up on the first floor, are the remaining 5 bedrooms and 2 mansards, and all which overlook spectacular views of the surroundings beyond.

The outdoors of Villa Le Ferrette span a vast and well-maintained garden that features olive and fruit trees, with traditional Tuscan stone walls that line the paths. Behind the walls is a relatively large space that is equipped with a stone barbeque and a wood burning oven, as well as a little play area and 2 wide parking areas. In front of the property lies the large horizontal pool measuring 12.5m X 5.5m, with sundecks around it that boasts of some of the most gorgeous views of Montecatini Terme and the Valdinievole countryside from the vantage hillside position that is afforded to guests. The sun terrace meanwhile contains tables, gazebos, sun and beds, and this entire pool space is also fenced up to ensure maximum comfort and security for guests.

The villa’s interiors uphold the charm of traditional countryside Tuscany following its renovation works that showcases the wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta flooring, and walls in warm pastel colours to great effect. Built over 3 floors, the lower level of the villa contains a spacious living area with a fireplace, large wooden dining table, as well as sofas and armchairs around the entertainment area equipped with satellite television and DVD player. At the rear of this room is where a small library is found, and also a foosball table for guests. Up on the ground level, is a small sitting area with cushioned armchairs, and taking centerstage is a large bar reception on one side that is fitted with appliances like a professional coffee machine, American coffee makers, safebox and alarm connected to each of the bathrooms. Off this sitting area is the professional well-equipped kitchen that consists of 9 gas hobs, 2 fridges with freezer, 2 dishwashers, an oven, a toaster, mixer, and microwave to boot.
