Villa Linari is an elegant four-bedroom and four en-suite Italian villa that sleeps eight, nestled between the picturesque regions of Tuscany and Liguria. This peaceful oasis in the lush green hills has been designed with crisp neutral tones and classic furnishings. The villa boasts multiple terraces with relaxation areas and an outdoor swimming pool with sweeping views across the rolling hills. This charming villa provides its guests with many facilities such as board games, satellite smart TV, table tennis, pizza oven and boules court.
Villa Linari’s four beautiful bedrooms ooze charm and subtle elegance. Each has spacious double beds with intricate iron headboards. Choose from an array of soft pastels, beachy greys and soft blush tones. Each of these rooms has high ceilings, some with exposed beams and or slanted roofs. The original windows showcase the manicured Italian grounds that cocoon this luxurious property while letting in dappled sunlight and a summer's breeze. Each has plenty of storage space for clothes with the room illuminated by hanging candelabra style chandeliers which further adds a splash of elegance. The bathrooms provide large walk-in showers with squeaky clean nude floors.
The lush Italian countryside surrounds Villa Linari's exterior. Enjoy the cascading tree-topped hills that go on for miles, while relaxing in the azure swimming pool. The pool is surrounded by multiple sun loungers, parasols and has pool toys. The villa has an alfresco dining table with a pizza oven, BBQ and games for family and friends to enjoy, such as table football, table tennis and a boules court. The garden is two acres and partially terraced - perfect for picnics under the Tuscan sun. There is parking for two cars.
The villa's interior is bright and charming, with elegantly decorated cream furnishings and exposed original heritage stone feature walls. The living room has comfortable sofas, fireplace and satellite smart TV, PlayStation 4 with games and a smartphone-controlled stereo. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Smeg oven and hob, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer with ice machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and dining table. The perfect space for family or friends to gather and enjoy heartwarming meals. The villa has heating and AC only in bedrooms.
The villa offers safety and comfort to future guests by always including final cleaning, fresh bed linens and full disinfection to adhere to Covid standards. Extra services available at this property (payable locally) are fridge pre-stocking, adventure activities, babysitting, cooking lessons, maid service, private chef and laundry service.
The villa is ideally situated in Lunigiana's peaceful countryside. It's ideal for a relaxing break because it's close to quaint villages and towns - perfect for a day out shopping, exploring local culture and cuisines, such as the closest town that is only ten minutes away known for its fresh pesto (locally grown), homemade focaccia bread and Pagliacci (local from nearby towns). Forty minutes by car is the famous Gulf of Poets such as Shelly and Bryon. This area is well known for its fresh seafood and water sports such as windsurfing, canoeing and sailing.
